I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE! I came here to preorder shoes and the cashier told me i could get them shipped to my address or pick them up in store. i chose ship to address as its more convenient. a few days later it says there was an attempted delivery of the shoes but the address was closed so they couldnt deliver it. i was confused but decided to wait for the next time they attempted to deliver. keep in mind they didn't call or ring the doorbell or contact me in anyway so i had no way of knowing when the package would arrive. The second time the same thing happened but I just realized they had tried to deliver minutes after they left. i attempted to call my local fedex in an attempt to see if i could pick it up. the associate was extremely unhelpful and asked me to verify a few details. i did and then he said the addresses dont match so he cant reveal any personal information about the address he has on file and he said they also will not deliver the shoes. on top of this he kept interrupting me and saying i need to call famous footwear customer service. i called the kings plaza location where i bought the shoes and the lady who answered said there was nothing the could do at a store level and that she would give me the number to customer service. she refused to provide a refund or even check if she could help in anyway at all. She also said that she wouldnt get in contact with her boss because that would take a long time and i could just wait with customer service. she said how could she give me a refund if i dont have the shoes to return. The only reason i don't have the shoes is because they didn't send them to me. Then i called customer service and waited on hold for about 40 minutes i also had to call several times to get an answer so this took way longer than 40 minutes total. Finally someone answered and said the address was right from her end. I asked her if she could contact fedex since they were saying the address is wrong and she said fedex never answers when they try to get in touch so shell just issue me a refund instead. She sqid it would take two weeks for me to get the refund so i asked if i could just get store credit instead and she said yes but then hung up. I tried to call the store location again because i wasnt sure if she issued the refund or not. The store employee said that she cant check the balance at a store level and then she qsked for the phone number on the account so she could check which was very confusing. Keep in mind i had also called the store location before when i was trying to reach customer service and they wouldnt answer. At that point i had been trying to reach them for hours so i called kings plaza famous footwear to explain the situation and the lady who answered was the same as the first time i called and said no you havent been waiting hours you just called 15 minutes ago. That was a complete lie because the call when customer service finally answered was 40 minutes alone. Its been a week and there is no sign of even an issuing of a refund. customer service is not willing to answer. fedex wont deliver because They apparently have the wrong address and the store workers only response is i cant do anything at a...

Rewards program. If you have grade school kids like I do, want name brand sneakers and save money, it's the best way to go. At least as far as I know. I accumulate points until I have enough for a new pair LOL.
BOGO: so far I've gotten my son four pairs of sneakers for the upcoming year at a very good price because of BOGO.
Shipping: They didn't have a pair in my son's size so they shipped it to my house for free.
CONS:
Variety/Styles: I wish they had higher end footwear. Some nice Timberland's for kids would be great, better Nike's like "uptowns" or even some high-tops.
Sizes: since he's still growing I don't mind too much. But if I want sneakers NOW I'm forced to...
