Sbarro — Restaurant in New York

While I was waiting to place my order, a woman came to the counter and asked if the tables could be cleaned off. The counter guy said to give him a minute and it would be done. I proceeded to order a chicken parmesan hero, which btw was tasteless. I only ate half of it and that was only because I hadn't eaten anything all day. But the worst part of this whole experience was the bathroom. I hadn't been to the bathroom in a few hours and I had a long ride home on the bus. However, when I opened the ladies bathroom door it was so disgusting and stink. I swear the urge to urinate left me immediately. I backed out of the bathroom. A woman was coming in as I was backing out. She asked me what was wron?. I said it's disgusting and left. Whoever manages that Sabarro in Kings Plaza needs to do a better job with cleanliness.The tables need to be bused and wiped down regularly and somebody definitely needs to keep up with the sanitation of that nast, grossy bathroom. The food was disgusting and both servers had disgusting attitudes. Absolutely repulsed by my experience there, so much so that I’m giving a review in order to save someone else. I had their baked ziti combo with roasted chicken with a side of mac and cheese and a breadstick. The breadstick was the only thing that surpassed just being edible, the ziti was fresh out the “kitchen” yet tasted like it came straight out of a public school cafeteria alongside the flavorless roasted chicken. I had been going to Kings Plaza for years and had seen this restaurant since it is literally at the entrance of the mall but never given a chance to visit it. I had seen the sign for Halal Rotisserie Chicken and wasn’t able to hold myself to try. I didn’t try their pizza but ate the Halal Chicken Wings Platter along with Halal Rotisserie Chicken Platter. I would say honestly that both wings and rotisserie chicken tasted great and they were made fresh to order. I would highly recommend trying Halal Platter for sure as I had enjoyed...
