The Kutty Lounge — Attraction in New York

I havnt been to this place in over a year but everytime i come its a issue .. i finally came into town to see my bestfriend and decided lets go get them tasty cheese take rolls but lets do take out (learned my lesson with sitting inside ) ....i arrive and the security let my friend in to use the bathroom i walk in and let them know im here for pickup and the ladies are looking at me with a look and says 3 times its not ready as in i cant wait inside for my food , i say okay ill wait outside because at that point im over it .. not once did anyone say "no ,you can stay but your order is not ready" i get outside and they are just starring at me from outside the door ,i immediately let my friend know what happend and let her know we not support this establishment ever again.....it felt like we were not treated as any customer should be treated . I got my food it was leaking grease and beginning to be soggy because of the grease and the lettus they put the food on top of i had to throw out the lettus and put napkins under the food to drain...

Hands dwn the best lounge in the Bronx,I never lounge in the X ,but this spot smh you have to give credit where it's due .It's so lit ppl think it's a club NO! It is in deed a lounge grown ans sexy with a family atmosphere everyone looks out foe each other .The owners are very humble ,very attentive and very respectful towards their guest and do not tolerate disrespect. Waitress are not overbearing at all but they are there , A bartender by the name of Stacy makes the best drinks,Bronzo too lol .Hooakah is A1, Dema and Tina will get you right .The food is amazing And security is Top notch respectful Terry and the other guy P securty wiill make you feel safe TY.
