Bella Napoli Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in New York

First of all I don’t know why I didn’t read the reviews to this place before I ordered such a huge order. Last person to leave a review was Brenda a month ago. They told her here on her review they would do better. Well guess what they STILL haven’t!!! I ordered penne alla vodka and it DID not taste good at ALL! Also ordered fettuccine Alfredo which tasted like old milk. No flavor what so ever. The wings don’t look nothing like the photos on this site! Taste stale and hard. Asked for buffalo sauce and got nasty hot sauce on the side. They gave me bread that was cold and hard. Didn’t even bother slicing it or adding butter or anything. No effort was made in delivering good food. The only thing that was good was the pizza and blue cheese. I would NOT order anything else from here but a slice of pizza....

Update : They have improved since my last review. Sauce is full of flavor and their slices are NOW on the larger side compared to other pizza shops I’ve been to in the area. I haven’t given their margherita pie another chance, but that’s more of a personal issue, my kids don’t like it! - 12/2024

After last nights order, they have a lost a customer. Margherita pizza was not made fresh. Pretty disappointing considering how much I’ve ordered from them in the past. I know times are hard right now, but hey my money doesn’t grow on trees. There are two more pizzerias in the neighborhood, hopefully they don’t pull mediocre stunts like this. Make the fresh pie, stop scrapping cheese off an old stale cold pizza pie that’s been sitting out for hours (LAZY) to make the margherita...

This used to be my go to on Seamless. However, today showed me the ill practices they are partaking in. I ordered a Sicilian pie, the owner claims they called me at the number I was speaking on. He said the number was not working, meanwhile we were speaking. What really ground my gears was that he said he would give a full refund but will pick up the pie from the home. Do you do this often, then resell it to other people? You are spreading disease, is what you are doing. You do not know what people have and to say that you will take the food back is disgusting and I will never order from here again. You all should be wary also. They may be selling ebola, flu and more covid directly...
