Empanadas Monumental — Restaurant in New York

I am a regular at this place and today was the last day I ordered from this place, never again! and I gotta tell you, their customer service is trash. So, I mainly order through ubereats, every time I order they would send me either the wrong size of the drink or there would be missing items. I called, and the lady would give me an attitude and talk about how great they are and how many orders they receive. Whoever the lady is, she needs to take anger management classes, cause she has issues. She literally hang up on me cause I was telling her about my wrong order, I called back and she try to say I was the One who hang up on her. Most of the time they sent me cold food, dry and hard empanadas. Natural juice with so much sugar in it I have to mixed it with some water. I became a regular cause I don’t like judging, and I wanted to give them a few chances to see. And to be honest, it is a hit or miss. Lucky if you can get a warm and tasty food from this place. The man behind the counter was very fast to attend. The women was on her phone and didnt really care to even acknowledge me. The gentleman was even asking me if i wanted something else while he was doing my Yahora. I even ordered 2 empanadas of Pizza. 1 was nice and warm (freshly made) ; the second 1 was warm but inside was cool/cold towards the center. I didn’t mind because it was a cheese block and a different texture was nice. The 2 Large Yahoras were nice and full. When I opened the containers, i knew something was off because it was too gooie.. The overall bottom had alot of water. It was unbelievable to see.. The sad part was that I live in QNS and the location was in the BX. Ordered from this place on Uber Eats 3 times and each time they didn’t put something in the bag. I called the restaurant to complain and the guy said that maybe the Uber driver stole it. I can understand maybe 1 time, but not all 3. I ordered a pizza empanada. They didn’t put that in the bag. I’m assuming they didn’t have any sitting around and were too lazy to make a new one.
