EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DISRESPECTFUL customer service! When you go in, they greet you by saying, "What do you want?" or " yes. " These businesses make their living off being in communities that they don't even have the decency to give welcoming customer service. There have been countless times myself and other patrons have paid for extra shrimp or fried rice a certain way to get home and not have what we've paid for. I watched the older female who works there this Wednesday. Pick frozen meat up off the floor and place it back in the freezer. These types of establishments that don't have any respect for their paying customers need to be held accountable like any other business. Ordered from here once. Delivery time was excellent and accurate. I ordered the boneless ribs and plain fried rice. The meat tasted fine but there was an odd odor coming from the meat. I believe it could have been on the verge of going bad that's why it smelled that way. Anyway I was turned off by the experience and will not be ordering from there again. I gave three stars because the delivery time was exactly what they told me it would be and my wait was less then 30 minutes not a bad...

When it gets busy or something I’m not sure why but the lady on the phone gets so rude, I was out of work and ordered from them once, and I ran a bit late cause I thought I would make it on time but she called at probably cursed at me and the delivery guy was giving me attitude. I felt bad so I gave a $20 tips but then I realize they just cursed me out so I threw the food away and never ordered...
