I use to love this place with all my heart until Tik Tok and the resellers found this place. What started as a local gem has turned into breeding grounds for resellers. They are ruining the experience for everyone. One time I saw a big 60 year old woman with a cart overflowing of things that would never fit her or looked like her age. She was reselling and everything I picked up, she watched me and took it right after. I was trying to look for stuff for me, the racks were completely empty because of her. It has turned into such a sad experience. They should really implement rules to avoid this. Resellers need to get a job and stop being so selfish. I use to go here everyday and it was so fun now I can’t ever go again cause I’ll end up fighting someone with a cart like this. And I know Salvation Army knows this and THIS IS THE REASON YOU NOTICE THE PRICES ARE GETTING HIGHER. When I asked someone if there’s any rules, she said no because it makes them money. How sad, you choose to be greedy than a fair, nice person. I’m seriously thinking of protesting in front of the store. It’s not fair, it’s not right.

I am so happy they reopened this Salvation Army! It’s the place to be! Staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. They have so many things all organized by color and easy to access. As far as pricing, they have insane sales, designer items with the tags still on, never worn, etc…It did not deserve a 1 star review at all. They run 50%, $4.99, and .99 sales. In addition, it is a charity that helps people in need and employs people. Look up what the Salvation Army does and it’s history. I’d gladly give my money to them over Macys or Amazon any day. They help people and communities! They are using that money to do God’s Work.I listed some of the items I’ve bought. Pink Zara dress new $4.99, Black Dress .99, Zara loafers new $20.00. Authentic Coach Bag flawless $30.

Staff are friendly but I agree with the other reviewers this location overpriced for basic no name brands. They also have a rack with new with tags, those items are way overpriced for what it is. If you go here find out what ticket color is on sale for 50% this way you can shop smarter and save some extra money in your pocket. I purchased a used Coach bag priced at $29.99 for half off since the ticket was pink or green that day tbat was discounted. They had a lovely pink Kate Spade bag behinf the counter. when i saw the ticket price it was originally listed at $120, reduced down to $98. I almost laughed since for a few more dollars you can get yourself a brand new purse. I understrand they are trying to turn a profit but it's important to know whom your selling to. Most folks that come here are not looking to drop $98 on a used bag. Let's be pracftical people.

I found a lot of Ann Taylor pieces, some Sara, some Wal-Mart, target brands selling for around $7.99 a shirt. They do sell costs in the back so you may be able to score a nice winter coat for a bargain, just make sure to check out the condition of your items...

Today I visited this store after a long time, but it went very badly, I wanted to buy a jacket for my daughter but when we went to pay the person at the cashier argued with a customer and treated her very badly, after he finished to serve her, it was my turn and when I was going to pay for my items she told me that the price that was marked $3.99 on the jacket that was for my daughter was wrong, that that jacket does not cost that much and that she knows and she ordered the price to be changed to $12.99. I said I didn't know she could do that, if the price is marked it's supposed to be that, she told me no, very rude, not at all friendly, they shouldn't have employees like her serving customers, they can have it in the warehouse or another position other than customer service because his treatment is terrible and his attitude is worse, he referred to me very badly! I did not buy any of the two items that I was going to buy and my daughter did not get her jacket because of this woman and because of employees like her, customers go to other stores or we look for other options. It's no longer...
