TISSOT — Attraction in New York

I have been twice in this location. First time, I needed to maintain my watch: change a battery and fix a bracelet. The service was provided, I got my watch back and after a while it fell off my hand and broke in to pieces. The bracelet was broken in the same place where they were supposed to fix it. So, I had no choice but to go there again. Obviously, they've done something wrong because Tissot couldn't just brake in to pieces. The shop took my watch and sent it to repair facility. It took them 2 months to fix the problem Moreover, they charged me for it, for their mistake I had to pay them. If you need to buy a watch, take your business elsewhere....

I came in today to find a nice watch for a Christmas present and had the pleasure of working with Norberto. He is extremely knowledgeable about the brand/watches in general and took the time to walk me through all the details of what to look for without being pushy or trying to pick a watch for me.
