7/9/2019 My first time ever inside spacious Gansevoort Market. A Modern Food Hall with 15 vendors. I had no idea of All the food diversity that was housed inside.🧀🍗🥓🍔🍟🍕🌭🌮🥗🍜🍳🍩🍝 I went because the AM New York free paper shared that a one-night only fund raising event sponsored by Maker's Mark Bourbon Whiskey would be taking place there. I went solo🙋♀️.
The event was called Maker's Mark(et) @ Gansevoort. The admission $15.00. Maker's Mark is committed to keeping water sources clean that reside beyond their spring-fed lake and natural water sanctuary. These are the water resources used to produce Maker's Mark Signature Bourbon.
Each $15.00 contribution will remove 3 pounds of trash from the worlds oceans and waterways.👏👏👊
Upon entry each donor was given a United by Blue giftbag. Inside of each giftbag were blue tickets for meals and red tickets for cocktails. Also A cool cooper mug and cooper straws to sip your cocktails in a sustainably modern fashion. I was further surprised to discover EVERY FOOD VENUE inside Gansevoort would provide YOU the meal of your choice in exchange for a blue ticket.😄🤗
My night began by ordering a🍸 There were at least five choices. I got one called Bourbon and Bubbles. My 🍸was refreshing and delicious I decided to shoot a video of its creation. #CocktailsforCleanups
My palate and mind grew over whelmed with food choices. My food senses were tingling. But in the end I kept it Americana. I got a well done cheese burger and fries from Burger Inc. which tasted extra special as I sipped on my cocktail in my new cooper mug.
Then I ordered a corn dog and Onion Rings from Wing Club.I liked the Corn dog more than the Onion Rings.
My second drink was a Maker's Manhattan. My stomach was full. I was totally satisfied.I gifted my surplus tickets to a cool dude I met in line. I'll definitely be back...theres so much more...
Read moreHold up, hold up, how did I not know this place existed in Oculus?! After fixing my phone at the Apple store and wandering around the empty Oculus (was a lil sus how quiet it was, not gonna lie), my tummy was rumbling and my nose led me to this place with noms. I've been to the old location in Meatpacking pre-covid and was so happy to see they opened up in Oculus.
NOW to the important bit. It's like a food court but much classier, cleaner, and cooler. There were a couple different vendors and I settled on the Spicy Pork Bibimbap from K-Pop Haus. OMG guys it smelled so good, and I loved that they used fresh ingredients and didn't skimp on the veggies because I'm like a rabbit when it come to veggies, U KNOW bun bun. After I ordered, I saw that they had FRIED CHICKEN and you know this girl loves me some fried popcorn chicken, so I had to get that too. The guys were laughing because I had already ordered but you know this girl can EAT! Sorry not sorry. Also was glad I could support local businesses, ya know! Forgot to mention that I saw a pretty good looking hipster guy whose mittens straight up looked like Bernie Sanders' and omg I almost died laughing.
Can't wait for indoor dining to open up again so I can try all the different vendors. After having my lil meals, I saw that they had the the cutest little tea sandwiches that straight up looked like something the Queen of England would have with her afternoon tea. Had me feeling like I was in The Crown or something. Definitely...

Located on second level of hall leading to Eataly in Oculus.
One thing this place is great for is beverages - it’s canned and bottled (with ice cream and beer) selection takes up two long walls.
Food includes
*Korean *Pizza *Salads *Mexican/Peruvian *Token amount of pre-prepared white bread sandwiches *Coffee area Chicken sandwiches, burgers, and fish and chips *Alcohol bar counter
Had Teriyaki Chicken with cabbage, broccoli and carrots - vegetables bland and just terrible, chicken was okay but sauce did not taste like teriyaki (lots of room for improvement)
Tofu with beef - soak y but not good tasting sauce. Where’s the beef as far as the protein.
Two seating areas. The one by beverages is largest with three television screens.
The seating area near front is hi seating and less noisy from music blasting in larger section.
Service - counter workers seem to rather not be present.
Prices high - my chicken teriyaki in long bowl cost almost $18. Not worthy of the price tag.
There are other options such as Eataly and Hudson Eats that my offer better food and experiences but if you need to be near WTC 4, other than Eataly (expensive) there aren’t many choices.
I do like their chicken katsu curry (purchased in prior visit)
There is no restroom inside this space. Use public restrooms at end of hall.
No bad if you need to take a quick break, watch sports while munching or coming in to sit out rain. For a real culinary treat? Nah.
Bon...
