I am beyond frustrated as I call myself getting a simple basic pedicure with just the callus remove. Although the lady was nice, I had to ask her several times to properly shape my toes as they were different lengths. When she finally got it right, I noticed she started literally using the cuticle clipper to remove dead/hard skin around my toe. I feel like she barely removed actual callus. The paint job is horrible, super sloppy and uneven. And for my nails, I did not have any tips, just powder color on my natural nails. I just wanted to remove and cut down. Once again, the lengths were off. Shaping is NOT their specialty at all. My index finger nail was cracked in the middle, so she added a large drop of the nail glue and because she wasn’t paying attention, we ended up getting stuck together. Another nail tech had to come over to assist her and getting us separated. When I demanded to speak to the store manager, she became defensive asking why and I had to explain because now my person is raw and hard with the glue and they just kept saying it will come off in a few hours with soap or lotion. At this point I’m just like no thank you to the color of my nails I just want to leave, so I ask for the total, they tell me $30 for the pedicure and $20 for the powder color removal. No dollar off for the glue fiasco, and the toes look terrible. I will NEVER go back to this place and strongly encourage people to go somewhere else. I miss when Angel...

Never saw this place before 1 week ago. I was in that shopping center, needed a pedicure, and thought, why not give it a whirl? Went in and the first thing you notice is the shining cleanliness!!! Love that! (I don’t really like trying new places so this was a plus). They are so polite and even though I was a walk in and the place was busy, I had a very minimal wait time. The pedicure was fantastic and my toes looked magazine worthy after. This week, I figured hey the pedi was so awesome, let me try another thing there so I booked a Brazilian wax. Ok, so again, clean/polite/no waiting-all a plus. Cut to the end-came home, checked out the “results” in my home-home lighting/mirrors and was pretty sad because it looked like I had been waxed by a first timer! I contacted the owner, who without hesitation said come in whenever you want and we will fix it for free. Well you can’t walk around thinking you look like the uglier half of Bert & Ernie so obviously I went back yesterday! The woman who fixed it up for me was a true waxing professional, and I will definitely be using her going forward. This place is clean. The staff is polite & friendly. They offer every service. They are located in a shopping center so no hassles parking. The owner is VERY classy. This place is a...

I had high hopes for a spa day, especially as a new mom who hasn’t had her nails done in years. From the moment I arrived, I felt overlooked—two quiet minutes passed after I greeted staff. I was then directed to the back for a pedicure and bombarded with upsell attempts for services I didn’t want. The technician rolled her eyes when I said I only wanted gel polish and continued to push other packages. She began with clear polish, even though I had already chosen a color, and only after I reminded her did she apply my color.

Things went downhill in the first chair in the front (the person (male) I believe was the manager). I asked for short nails with tapered sides, but he applied a thick layer of acrylic and left the nails square. I had to ask at least three times for the sides to be shaved down more. The overall experience felt unprofessional and frustrating, and I left with nails I didn’t like. I ended up tipping reluctantly, but I won’t be returning or recommending this salon. If you’re considering a visit, I’d suggest trying other locations—there are better options that respect your time and preferences.

Photo was taken right in front of the salon because I was so disappointed.

Also, One of the nail tech had that big German Shepherd, walking in and out of...

🤢 Horrible! The service and quality has gone to trash!! I First started going here on 11/04 service was good, nails looked good. I was happy…. But now 🤮 10/18/2023. The girl that was doing my nails was unskilled and I had to have three other technicians come try to fix my nails. I was doing only a GEL MANI. She smudged two of my fingers (pinky and thumb) and had to redo it. So I was in there for like two hours. 🙄 Today 10/20/23 I had to go back because as you can see my nails started chipping badly and peeling, there are also air bubbles under them. EVERYONE knows gel should last at least a month. Mines couldn’t make it to the weekend. So it’s bad products mixed with unskilled nail technicians. I walked in at 12:00 and sat around till about 12:35 No one seemed too bothered 😕 to even help. No it was not that busy and the one lady I went to said she’d be right back. Lol 😆 she went to lunch. Never came back ✌️ I asked the guy to help he never did. So I got up and left. As you can see from my loyalty card I’ve been going here for a while! But the quality has gone down bad. It’s a no for me. Never again.
