Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I came into this Popeyes , it were just recently built . The people that work in there are rude and horrible at customers services, they talk to you very rudely and think they can just put whatever they want in your order without asking you exactly what you want , they tell you what you’re getting , it’s ridiculous. I had two bad experiences at this Popeyes , one with a south Asian manger , extremely rude and a man with a crooked face and mouth who also were very rude and also thought he was in charge of picking my side for me without asking what I wanted . Then yesterday 1/9/2024 I went to Popeyes around 715 ish , PM . I was greeted order and me and my kid ate and was about to go , I needed desperately to use the ladies room and my child did as well , we used the passcode from our Receipt but it didn’t work , I went over to the counter and ask a square built Asian worker, why wasn’t the passcode working , he informed me the bathroom was out of order , I said all including the men’s ? He said yes , I said so you guys have no bathroom ? He said you can go somewhere else . EXCUSE ME ?!?? So I asked another worker who I seen coming out the men room , was the ladies bathroom in service ? He walked over put a passcode in and opened the door for me ! That other worker was so mean , and the manger saw him lie to me after I spent my money there . What was the reason ? When I enter the bathtub is tip top condition, nothing wrong . I can understand if I wasn’t eating in but to lie , trust me those folk are very nasty in that Popeyes , I don’t see them lasting long in that spot and hope it all ends soon . Who can I reach out to so I can report ? The video was another night from a EXTREMELY rude manger who argued me down after HE AND HIS STAFF were...

I normally visit this popeyes pretty often... However, today's visit will be the last time... I went in there today to spend about $30 and walked out disgusted and angry... Everytime we walk past popeyes, my non verbal autistic son makes notions such as crying to go in.. we get in and i place my order only to be told that they don't have the specific piece of chicken my son loves... Of course this isnt a big deal so I asked when more chicken will be ready and the manager on duty at the time says 30 minutes... However there is barely any chicken in the window so how will it take 30 minutes for more chicken? Instead of offering solutions, the manager and the worker fixing my box of chicken are just standing there as the worker starts putting my chicken that's in the box, back in the window.. It really sucks to have had this experience because all of my children as well as myself enjoy popeyes.. So my son and I kindly just left and decided not to purchase anything... Not to mention, he screamed the whole way home. Hopefully in the future the workers can be trained more efficiently and effectively on...

I order my food and drinks from them and when my food arrived they messed up on my order and didn't give me my drinks that I paid for...When I called them and asked them about my drinks, they told me that the drive took them with him and I said no he doesn't have them, so I said where's the drinks that I paid for...Because if I wasn't getting the drinks then take it of my card...They said no no have him bring the receipt back and we will give you your drinks. I called them up again and ask them where's my drinks they only gave me one...This Popeyes never looked at the receipt, if these individuals would have seen the receipt they would have seen 4 drinks instead of one....What other stories that they are going to make up....I would definitely not recommend...
