I went to Bay Plaza today while I was in there I noticed a coat that I wanted in the Uniqlo store. They didn’t have my size in the store so I went to the sales associate that was at the front. I asked him if he could order the coat for me in a XXS small he told me to go online and order it the cashier also stated he didn’t know how to order it online for customers and he would have to go and get someone else to help him. He comes back with this another sales associate named Juan. So I asked Juan if he could order the coat for me, he stated he would check the warehouse so I thought he would order the coat for me. He comes back and states they have the XXS in the warehouse he then proceeded to tell me to order it, I told him that the store in Ridge Hill orders the items online when they don’t have the customer sizes so why is it y’all don’t and he stated because you can go online and order it yourself and just have it sent to this store where u can come pick it up. Which is very rude because the sales associates are there to help the customers not be rude to them. These stores hire people to work in their stores and after they get the position they start being rude to the customers. I advise people not to go to the Bay Plaza location but go to the Ridge Hill location at least the staff is friendly...

Ok I get it, due to COVID things aren’t as up to date when it comes to the internet. Fine, it is what it is. The reason for the two stars, the staff there was overall helpful, & friendly. Which gets five stars considering the tremendous circumstances they’re dealing with coming to work so customers such as myself can be helped. I thank them and every retail worker for that. The two stars is for the man at the register who I believe was the manager and his horrible attitude! He was bald, short, with a long beard and very unprofessional! He needs to be trained again! Just a totally atrocious way to carry himself in front of customers. I won’t let this stop me from shopping and supporting Uniqlo and it’s fine associates that I never had an issue dealing with...
Read moreI have been a Uniqlo shopper since around 2010 and I've shopped in different cities and countries and this branch has the worst service that I have experienced. I had actually expected more from the staff because the store just opened, but apparently it's the opposite. Most of the staff seem like they just dragged their feet to work. It took a guy at least 15mins (total waste of time!) to find the package I bought online and scheduled to be picked up from their store. He even told me several times that it's not there.
I'm giving it 2 stars only because there were 2 ladies who tried to help and was apologetic.
