Unbelievable I had to choose a star let’s say this These people tricked me so bad I cannot believe What they did to me was illegal I went there. The people were so nice and I thought that was genuine come to find out it was all a big giant gigantic hustle. These people told me a different price that was in the ad which is 23,000 for my BMW I get there me and the guy I was with was talking and he said it was the 23,000 end up being 27,000 but look at the kit they made me have my girl co - sign When I just bought a BMW and we got into an accident, someone hit us my credit and everything went through nice indeed at another place, but they gave me the runaround understandable different place, right but then the guy told me how much am I willing to spend and I told him 400, 500 a month he said cool. We waited there for a couple hours almost time for the place to close. I’m trying to make a long story short. He came out after talking to his manager. The guy I was speaking to, and said, am I willing to pay anything because of my credit or have my girl Co sign I told him no more than 600 so he said OK got me in the room they end up telling my girl to sign because she has the length of credit/history and in three months. Let the Banks see I am making payments on time and they are going to refinance my car. I ask my girl what she do it being what we’ve been through she said yes knowing she was already banged up from the accident that we told them about then sitting in that room, we did all the paperwork and then they told us $926 a month and we were gonna do that but the guy sitting behind a desk said in three months either fix the Credit told us what to do about it for me Or just come back and they are going to refinance it that didn’t happen 3 months later we went back And surprise, it was no they told us to come back another three months it was no Again and then no results agin Then I was told to get a certain credit score got it and then was denied again three years later I’m stuck with a $926 a month 2018 2x BMW That will cost me about Twice, and a half of what the car actually cost and the truth about all of this, they lie to me from the beginning why would they put me in a position where they were going to deny me regardless of whatever happened with my credit or giving me there word of in three months to come back And they are going to make sure that they refinance my car. I’m so hurt. I lost a lot over the situation being that I have two little girls in the $926 monthly payment and my girl has two kids I do not know what to do. I do not want to pay triple of what this car Cost is not worth it. And that’s the part of them tricking me is what I’m saying it’s not worth it. I will not refer anyone to this place. I believe all those great reviews are partially tricks because I did one and it was a set up to get that good review I hate myself for that part. I’ve given them that good with you and not knowing what was gonna happen in three months later good luck I don’t wish this on anyone.

****AVOID AT ALL COSTS!**** Went for a 10am appointment with Mariana Mola. When I get there not only is Mariana not available but I'm told she only makes calls to get you in. So, I then I'm passed off to a salesman. I say I'm there for a specific model/trim/color/year which I saw on their website. He goes and has to check to see if they even have it. Surprise! They have it but I can't see it because its in storage and the car won't be brought out until after my credit is checked. (1st Red Flag) Ok, so I start the application BUT STRESS I want to hear the deal I can get for my trade before you run my credit. My Car is mint with less than 1,200 miles, no lien and I've already been pre-approved by my bank. You'd think "This is an easy sale." NOPE! I'm told not sure if they can give me a deal without running my credit but my car will be appraised. Now I'm waiting, seeing my salesperson going between other people and taking their information. Seems there aren't enough sales persons to go around. So no dedicated service. (2nd Red Flag) Its now 12:15p and I'm told I need to wait for the manager. I'm like "I need to go to work and can't stay all day." Manager is suddenly available (3rd Red Flag) Manager comes gives "sales pitch", what my car is worth and then offers me 1,000 less. Literally saying if I get the price I want he'd have no way of adding on the extra $$ on it for him to sell it for profit. I tell him "you got the exact car on your lot with over 20K miles for $15K." He literally goes "well it all depends on what I got it for." So imagine how much he paid the last owner for their car if he's selling it at an "UP PRICE" of $15K. This was it for me. I say thanks but no go on the sale. I leave the dealership, get back to Queens and my zippered key pouch feels light. And that's because they never returned MY KEY. Wife calls while I'm at work, explains to the manager Nicole what happened. She says she has no idea about the key or who has it. And IF found it will be sent by regular mail when THEY get around to it. I call and I'm told its with the guy who appraised my car. No name. No way of contacting this guy. No idea (again) where my key is. So its basically FU. You're key has magically vanished. Unfortunately I will keep trying to get it back since it costs so much to replace. Again ******AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS********

TL:DR listed 13.5k car ended up costing 25k without taxes and fees included. They have an archaic condition that requires you to print the webpage to get the deal in their hidden "disclaimer". Looking to save people time. Obviously I was expecting the typical fees to not be included on that price, I was expecting to hear at worst 3-4k before negotiating, but 9k just for a reconditioning fee is insane and that was only 1 of the few fees they mentioned. It's subjected to the dealership so they charge whatever they want, but almost 9k for reconditioning fees is ridiculous and I didn't bother asking the breakdown of that cost as I was out the door by then. They have an archaic system that sounds like it's from the 1980's, in their disclaimer they note, "Sorry but we cannot extend special pricing without a printed copy of the on-line pricing.", as if they're not able to pull up the site on their phone. Seems others had this issue as well so stop by a library to do a 10 cent print to save you on thousands of dollars, you might have better luck then I did. Reading over their site, it's listed several times that if the price is different in store 🤷‍♂️. Oh well i guess and apparently prices can change within the hour which is hilarious to indicate. So by the time they roll up the car, prices can change on the spot. "Prices can be modified and adjusted weekly, daily and sometimes hourly due to inquires, bidding and website traffic on any particular Vehicles." With everyone having an iPhone there's no reason for the photos to look like it came from a flip phone from 2005 listed on their site. It's done dishonestly to cover up imperfections and makes it seem as if they've swapped the part or had done some touch up on the picture. I uploaded a photo taken from their site and when I visited. Ended up going to a Dodge dealership right after, for about 2 or 3k more then the 25k+ this place was asking for, they had a newer model, GT and at 4k miles. So if you feel that you are fine with 9k fines, spend a few more and get much better car somewhere else.

Hmmm what and where to start about the service at Victory Mitsubishi. 1- I called about the white BMW 330i. I spoke with a lady and she set up my appointment and confirmed the car would be ready and available for us to see and review. 2-When we arrived there we felt like this was a hangout in the front of the store with all the employees hanging out on the couches. Laughing and cursing. 🤬 3- When we were finally recognized a sales person directed us to the front desk for check in. Then a sales person approached us and heard what we came for. After the reception verified the car and appointment. 4- the sales person came back and said the car is not at the location and is in the repair shop. That by itself sent me to another level of anger. 😡 Then he took us outside and showed us other cars. His knowledge of car is not impressive at all. We were asking about all the cars and he said let me find out. 5- The whole time there the sales person was on his cellphone texting. Very inappropriate. He could have send us home instead of ignoring us. 6- half hour later we decided on a car. He took our information and we agreed on a price and said wait here let me get a manager. 45 minutes later no manager and no one came back showroom was empty. I went outside and the salesperson was on his phone texting. When I asked him, it seemed like I was bothering him. With attitude he said” wait for a manager”. 7- Went back in the waiting area and Reggae music blasting and no one at the front desk and no salesperson in eye sight. One guy in the left office walking in and out not making eye contact. Acting like he super busy. 8- We walked out in front off the salesperson and it didn’t phase him at all. Never approached us to see why we are leaving. The whole time sitting inside the salesperson didn’t come and check on us. He had not a care in the world to sell us any cars. 9- The waiting area is very uninviting and dirty. The table we were seated at was dirty with food and drink stains. 10-The whole time we are there my wife, son and myself are inhaling marijuana that other customers are smoking while walking around looking for at cars. They were smoking up a storm with another salesperson. Let’s get high and buy a car. That should have been a sign to leave. This place is very unprofessional and the atmosphere is so ghetto and that alone should have been a sign to run. 11- all the cars are dirty and dusty. You would think with all the people hanging out in the waiting area. Meant all the cars are clean and they have nothing to do. NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE WOULD I EVER OR SEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. Unless you want to smoke weed and hangout. BUYER BEWARE AND READ THE...

I NEVER write reviews, but have decided to do so at this point. Would provide negative stars if possible. Everything negative that other reviewers have suggested is true. They have very deceitful business practices. A few months ago I was searching for an Audi RS5, and they happened to have one that was fully loaded at a great price $41,500, having watched it, being marked down over some time. As many others had suggested bait-and-switch tactics in terms of pricing, I had performed my diligence by contacting multiple members of their team prior to making the 4 hour drive, being assured by members that ‘the written price is the price’. I even had one female ‘finance manager’ get rude and indignant with me about asking again…’sir, you’re talking circles, I’ve told you that the written price is the price and the only additions are tax and tags.’ I make the drive with my wife and 2 kids, not easy, as I did not have another option, and no one to watch the kids that day. Car checked out, and I offered to pay with cash, bankers check or finance, noting it did not matter to me in any way, but would do what would be most beneficial to them. Lo and behold, the finance manager shows me the final numbers $54,500….are you kidding me!?! $13k more than the list price. Obviously very upset at this point, and let them know how displeased I was. There were several responses… ‘Sir JD power values this car close to this price sheet’ ‘Sir, you say you know these cars, (and I do, owning several, including a 2nd gen R8), how could you think you’d be getting the car at that price?’ All I can say is ‘wow’.
