Basha Furniture — Local services in New York

I recently had to furnish a new unit of mine and decided this time, i go with Basha Furniture -From the moment i walked in, I was approached and assisted by him directly. His warm and welcoming demeanor created a positive first impression that set the tone for me. He went above and beyond to address all my requests. I told him EXACTLY what i wanted and when i wanted it delivered by.AND HE DID JUST THAT! It is evident that he takes pride in his store and genuinely cares about providing exceptional service for his customers. He got me EXACTLY what i wanted within MINUTES

I find it so important for people like me, (especially women) who shop for furniture, cars, or a house to find a genuine salesmen to assist them the right way without screwing them over because they see her alone. As someone who has dealt with this alone in the United States over the years, i can say he is a major standout when it comes to warmth and making everything go as smooth as possible.

Should i want to furnish another apartment again, I’d return to his store...

Before stepping foot into Basha’s, I scrolled through their instagram account and was compelled to call. I called and was greeted by Basha and his excellent communication skills. I asked him about a bedroom set, coffee table and dining room set. He immediately asked for my IG handle and sent me videos of what they had on sale. It was enough for me to make the trip to THE Bronx from Harlem on Memorial weekend (traffic is heavy around that time.)

Once in the store, I was able to show Basha a video of my apartment and he helped me furnish it! He knew what size furniture would be best for certain areas in my home. He listened to my wants and helped me to find the right quality furniture for me! He didn’t try to just sell me the most expensive item. He asked about my budget and what I was looking for. This is my go to furniture store. As a repeat customer I will say I love the great customer service and quality of the furniture. Needed to buy almost everything when I moved a yr ago and everything was a smooth process. I wasn’t pressured into buying the most expensive items in the floor like a lot of places do. Financing is available and as long as you listen to paying off the furniture after a certain amount of months, you won’t have to worry about extra charges for not meeting the early buy off.

Recently moved into a bigger place and need a new sofa. So of course I came to Basha. After asking a few questions he helped pick the perfect sofa and now I can’t wait for the delivery.
