A little late with this review but better late than never, right lol. This is by far thee BEST dealership I have been to Feb 3rd, 2016. I looked around so many places (internet & on foot) to take my wife to go buy her car. So much that we were contemplating on going to jersey to get her a good deal & quality car. Until I stumbled into WBA online. We were very impressed at the reviews, being that every other dealership had an average of 1 to 3 stars with bad reviews about being scammed. so we gave this one a shot before we gave up.
As someone who has went thru 3 cars in my time already, I was already skeptical about the dealership. And I already knew how things work or how dealers try to get over. So I let my wife take the lead as we went in. We met SAM & his crew there and my wife explained to them what she was looking for, what price range she wanted to stay within, what she wanted to put down for a deposit. yada yada yada !! we went in to his office sat down talked ran some numbers. and the more I was there just watching and analyzing things around me, the more comfortable I was feeling. Sam is VERY upfront about everything which I thought was very good considering hes the dealer. But he acknowledges that he loves just making his customers happy. and with that said, he actually did :) !!
Even tho my wife didn't get the top car she had on her list (08 Acura MDX), She actually ended up coming out BETTER with a newer model car with way less miles for less $$$ (2012 Nissan Altima). I was BLOWN away that it could even be possible but it happened. My wife is still in love with her car bcuz she cannot stop driving it since she took it off the lot. But we want to thank SAM & his crew at worlds best auto for their hospitality, and being very upfront (NO GIMMICKS AT ALL). He lays it all out on the table for YOU to make the final decision as to what YOU wanna do. And that is something that I haven't seen ANY dealership do. All the others are just trying to make a quick buck and get you in and out of the dealership quick to make the NEXT buck. SAM seems like he actually cares. Someone who LOVES his job.
So once again My wife & I thank you for your business and we hope that you continue to receive GREAT BUSINESS from customers. (5 STARS...
Read moreI purchased a 2013 Honda Accord at Worlds Best Auto in March. The car seemed fine, it drove well and was priced competitively. When I got there, I noticed there was a cut in the back bumper. This was never mentioned online. When I was talking about the car with the owner he mentioned there was an accident on the Carfax, but he said 'there was nothing to worry about because 90% of cars have an accident on the Carfax'. He said 'the accident was probably from when someone backed into a pole and hit the bumper'. Which in hindsight made a lot of sense. Long story short, I brought the car back to Baltimore just to find out that over 70% of the front of the car has been replaced due to a serious wreck. The car was fixed and not deemed 'totaled' because the crash occurred just 3 months after it was originally purchased. I called WBA and told them about the incident, they said get another opinion because that doesn't make sense. I ended up spending 2 days on this and getting 6 different opinions. Every one said the same thing, return it if you can or sell it back because this car is unsafe, especially in the long run. The owner was not willing to work with me, he said it was my fault. Do you think for a second they didn't know about this major accident? Of course they did, my mechanic noticed it in about 30 seconds. They just clearly got a really good deal on it. I ended up trading it in and losing a substantial amount of money in the process. The good reviews on here are from people who don't care about the history of their car. If your like me and you view your car as a long term investment, stay away from these guys. Am sure if some of these customers can go back and change their reviews they would; but it's too late. Everything seems good until something goes wrong. So listen to my advice and do not go here. These guys are nice but their not honest. Go to someone honest and get a reliable car, if it sounds to good to be...
Read moreWhatever you do, DO NOT COME HERE. Let me start off with the technical things-- the car we got from these guys was a Nissan Altima 2.5 SL 2012 (good car right?!) well, guess what, I ended up browsing at a REAL NISSAN DEALERSHIP and they told me I could trade in this car for a better one, the guy went to to do the appraisal and Nissan rep told me THIS CAR HAS STRUCTURAL DAMAGE AND THEY WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME NO OFFER AT ALL FOR IT. I then went to a couple of different NISSAN dealerships in Brooklyn and Queens -- and ALL OF THEM EITHER GAVE ME NO OFFER or gave a HUGE LOW BALL QUOTE FOR A CAR THATS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD!!
Not only this but, my loan was $10,900 (not including deposit) with a 5 YEAR APR of 23.99%... to make this clear, this means this car was going to end up costing me $20,000 by the time I was done paying it off. The problem with this was that SAM told me I would be able to pay this car off by making bigger payments into the account without including the interests-- but guess what-- when I called their bank union CREDIT ACCEPTANCE, the reps said this was NOT POSSIBLE, and that in the FINE PRINT OF THE CONTRACT THIS WAS DISCLOSED
Long story short, i bought a Nissan Altima 2012 2.5 SL in the month Jan of 2015, that had 2 accidents and STRUCTURAL DAMAGE, with a $10,900 loan from their 100% guaranteed acceptance credit union, that would have ended up costing me $25,000 (including the down payment), finished by the year 2020
So by the time I was done paying this off in 2020, I would be driving a 2012 car thats worth NOTHING (in accordance to Nissan because it's a car deemed unsafe), but I paid $25,000 for it !!!! Just please take this as a public service announcement and do yourself a favor -- DON'T GO HERE, BY ALL MEANS. If you can get approved here then you can get approved ANYwhere at a...
