First, take the Airport's local train to the station that will take you to New York.
New York is a city that is easy to be fond of and that you would like to return to, especially after a fantastic helicopter ride.
Stay at the Radio City Apartments with close proximity and walking distance from Central Station and in close proximity to many attractions, such as the Rockefeller Center where you can have lunch and then take a skate ride on the famous ice rink.
Feel the vibes as you pass the Radio City Music Hall where all the big stars queued up to perform. Hike or jog in Central Park, quiet and leafy, close to city and Times Square.
Flight helicopter around the Statue of Liberty and over Manhattan, see the Yankee Stadium from above.
The Brooklyn Bridge is then conveniently located for viewing or walking.

   Read moreIf you think, that you can access the station from neighbouring hotels (Best Western/Wyndham/Holiday Inn) to get easily from NLIA to Newark Penn or to NYC, simply, you wish. Despite you're staying few yards from the station, you cannot access it - you have to go back to P4 by hotel shuttle (or anyhow) and there you have to shift for the "airport train" to get back. In station itself is technically nothing - it's station in the middle of grassfield, where you can change for regional services (so if you think, you can easily transfer from the airport to Acela services, again, you wish - you have to shift there to regional train to Newark Penn and then you can go to NY-Boston onwards (or Philly-DC backwards passing again this station). Only positive of this station in the middle of nowhere is that's much less dirty compared to Newark...
   Read moreFlew into Newark, and this was my first time using the Airtrain to get to NJ Transit. I took a shuttle, then the Airtrain, then a 2nd settle to get to NJ Transit. No instructions were given by the airport or employees that this was happening, nor an explanation as to why. When the 2nd shuttle came, all the people heading to the train were very confused as to what was going on. Then, at the AirTrain, the signage for Southbound tracks was not great. I could see ads on the screens, but not information about which track my train was arriving on, if it was on schedule, or arriving soon. I looked for arrivals on my phone and luckily chose the right train based on its arrival time.
