I had a great experience here noticing right off the bat how fast, easy & convenient the self food ordering system system is. The food comes out really fast, probably no more than 10 min from ordering not to mention the food is absolutely amazing. The love the bar setup and the overall ora & vibe of the area itself, it gives off a calming feel. The servers are extremely freindly and can keep great conversation which just heightens the entire experience. The service and food is just extremely disappointing. There was no server in sight and I had to chase them down to ask for my food, waiting for more than 30 minutes for simple fries and chicken fingers. Also reminded about the drink after half an hour. The food was just bad, and there was no ketchup with it, so had to grab it from fast food counter. It was super empty, so there was no excuse for this long wait. Paul provided exceedingly exceptional customer service. From the friendly greeting as soon as we sat down, to bringing our food out quickly and even accommodating my daughter by having a high chair brought to her. The food quality is excellent, and the restaurant is kept in very clean condition. The service and dining experience was a proper send off before our trip back home to Australia....
