Newark, NJ - Liberty International Airport Station — Attraction in Newark

The train station is nice and clean. But the staff is really rude and unhelpful specifically on the exit to air train and entrance to the train tracks. I went to the airport to drop off my son by Amtrak. I bought three tickets for air train as I have to come back only. My tickets got mixed up so I asked the lady for help but instead of helping she started talking rude. I ignored her and figured out the unused ticket and went for the train track. But there was no sign about the Amtrak and I saw lot of NJ transit trains stopping there. I got confused whether Amtrak will stop there so I went up again to just ask whether Amtrak stops there. So instead of answering my question she started being rude again. I had the ticket on my phone app. Thankfully one nice agent was there I showed her my ticket she told me that I was on the right track and the train will stop there. I still get nightmares if the nice agent was not there I would have missed the train. I think staff there needs training how to be nice to the people and help the people who need help not just stand there and scare passengers. We are elderly and arrived about 10 p.m. on April 20, 2022 at the New Jersey Transit Newark Airport train station. The lady on duty was extremely rude when we asked if someone could help us with the cart down to the tracks. She kept saying that I was disrespecting her when I asked for help. The other employee working at the station entrance was wonderful, helped with the cart and unloaded the luggage for us. He should get five stars! He mentioned that the woman was famous for being bad-tempered. (02.07.2022) First of all, this station is ONLY for the people travelling to / from the airport!! There is NO PUBLIC EXIT in direction to Newark or to the parking spot with few hotels, which are directly next to the station. You have to take AirTrain from that station to the airport terminal and then take the bus 037 or Uber. The price from New York to that station costs 15.50 USD / person and INCLUDES the price of AirTrain, which is normally 7.75 USD (so don't get rid of the train ticket!!).
