Freedom Cigars & Tobacco in Etters is the place to go unless you want to travel. They have a small selection of old fashioned pipe tobacco thats absolutely AMAZING! And a small selection is better then absolutely NONE! There isn't 1 outlet in york that sells it! I've looked.
