Larry and his wife are absolutely wonderful! The Outpost print and ship is my go to place to ship something out. They always make sure you are paying the best price for shipping and even if you question how much you are paying to ship something out they will tell you the other options for pricing and let you choose. I have come in without tape on my packages before because I ran out at home and instead of making me purchase a role of tape they gladly just taped the box up and never even questioned it not having tape on it in the first place. Also to add while I was pregnant I had to ship a heavier that usual box and Larry walked out to my car and got the box out for me without question, even though I know he has pain issues. We have used The Outpost a few times for printing needs and they were wonderful. The owner went above and beyond printing hundreds of photos of documents from emails.

I noticed a review talking about how they don't take QR codes for returns - they post regularly that this is an issue with the shipping companies - not his policies. If people can't read and follow instructions, then the problem is on them. I never do that type of transaction and I've seen them post multiple times to remind people to print a label or he doesn't have the ability to process it! This place is AMAZING!! The people that work there are kind, respectful, patient, understanding, friendly, and down to earth. I needed some documents printed from my email and we encountered some issues along the way. They worked with me to help me figure out what was wrong and were so nice and understanding when I realized the problem was me. Haha. I would definitely recommend them for everything they offer.
