Two women running the return counter on 7/09 were disgustingly rude and ignorant, and should be spoken to by upper management immediately. I brought in 2 garments and a pillow to do a size exchange of the garments and a return of the pillow - both purchased less than 24 hours ago. They thoroughly inspected the garments inside and out as if I were trying to return used items. They denied me a return for the first item because they said thereâs a mark on it and they canât put it back out on the floor when in fact the small spot they were referring to was already on the garment when I purchased the item. I told them no worries just give it back to me and I will take it back to the employee that sold it to me yesterday because they knew about the mark. I thought this reason was mildly understandable so no big deal. Theyâve been refused to return the second item because they said the tag wasnât fully attached, when literally the tag clips on and could be reattached within 2 seconds - their reasoning⌠because it wasnât attached when I handed it to them. Then again, they refused to return the pillow saying that itâs damaged and has been used, when in fact itâs never even been removed from the bag and had all its tags still attached. I took all 3 item to South Coast and they returned all 3 items without any issues. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE ATTITUDE! Donât sell items if theyâre not in good enough condition...

Alex was so kind and sweet, patiently helping me sample the ones I had researched and was interested in. Next to him a woman named Lisa was chatting happily with a customer she was friends with, as they were talking about what perfume her mom would love, planning to meet up the next day etc. After her friend left, Alex asked Lisa to take over and help me (sheâs apparently a Bond expert?). She made it very clear she felt I was not worth her time of day. Short one word answers, bored out of her mind, no interest in me whatsoever, turned her back and walked away to throw trash as I was asking her a question. I hope her friends and family keep buying from her, because her treatment of âregularâ customers is truly off-putting.    Read moreI had a highly disappointing experience at this store. I brought in my pants for alteration, paid $25 for the service, and was informed that they had lost my pants. To make matters worse, I attempted to call the store multiple times each day (three to four times daily), but my calls went unanswered. Additionally, the person responsible for alterations was on vacation and there is no one else ready to take responsibility during the person vacation time.
Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Itâs clear that the store does not prioritize customer service or communication. I will not be returning and do not recommend this...
