ExplorOcean - Balboa Arcade — Attraction in Newport Beach

I enjoyed my day here going on a boat excursion to observe sea lions relaxing on a bowie. On that ride I wanted to do the activities I had seen others doing, like people para-sailing, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, enjoying the ocean view on a boat ride for whale watching, enjoying the beach, and scuba diving. They had lessons, activities, displays, and a raffle. Walking to the pier and Balboa beach was a treat to see and learn about the local crabs. They have a nice touch tank if you are walking by with kids. If you are hanging out in the area it is a nice way to spend 15 - 20 minutes but definitely not worth driving out of the way for.
