⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing customer service. I went in to pick up an order placed under my boyfriend’s name, and the staff member at the counter was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Instead of simply confirming the order, he pointed at a pizza in front of me and said, “Is this your pizza?” in a very condescending tone. I love this place!! I don’t know what it is about their giant pizza slice but it’s my favorite in OC, I love how crunchy it is! Cheap, quick & filling. The only down side is every time I come here it smells like low tide so it’s hard to sit outside & enjoy your food but that’s not their fault.
