If I could give 0 Stars I would. My wife and I rushed up to this location to buy her a gift. The store was empty minus 1 or two guests and plenty of staff to help assist. The guard at the entrance would not let us in to shop even though the store hours showed it was open for another 25 mins. So frustrated and feeling defeated we decided to shoot our shot and head to the South Coast Plaza location. Even though they were closing also in 30 mins they had someone taking names and had a line ensuring EVERYONE got the opportunity to get into the store up till closing and that they serviced their customers past closing. We had a phenomenal experience with Tasha at the South Coast Plaza location, she helped us find the perfect purse for my wife and so thrilled will only be using her for our Louis Vuitton purchases from here on out! Great customer service at South Coast Plaza, truly above and beyond what you would expect for a luxury brand.
Management should be fired for their policies at the Fashion Island location. Completely unbelievable, not the service or response a luxury brand...

When I informed them that I knew exactly what I wanted and if I could please get it, they refused and the store wasnât even closed yet (and yes they did have it in stock) It wasnât 6pm and there was enough time to help out a customer. I drove over 45 minutes to get there and they refused to help a customer out and couldnât care less that the mall wasnât even closed and there was no one else in line waiting to get in. When asked to speak to a manager the man up front refused to get the manager. I asked him several times to get a manger and he refused each request. I will never go back there again. I prefer South Coast plaza. When their gates were closed they did let me in to help me but unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for. A ring I had bought from a different location a only a couple months ago had tarnished and I was coming in to see what my options were as it was an expensive ring and I was told it wouldn't tarnish when I bought it. A woman named Rae finally greeted us and not in a nice manner. I told her about my situation and she rudely told me that there was nothing they could do. I spent almost $400 on this ring only a few months ago to never be able to use it again. She involved a coworker named Grace who was also rude to us.
