I dropped my iphone and it wasn’t working so I took it to this place and the first thing I did not like was that the place was closed. I had to wait 10 minutes for the guy to come back. When the guy came back he looked like he was in a bad mood because he didn’t let me explain what had happened to the phone. He was also impatient and kinda rude. He literally said to me “I’m busy, I’m working on other phones right now” “I can check your phone, leave it here and come back in an hour” I came back after one hour and all he did was change the screen but didn’t actually fix it. Then he checked it again and I told him that the phone shows the apple image on the screen but then it goes dead and then he literally said “oh, that would have been nice to know” what the heck dude! First, You did not let me explain anything to you and second, you had the iPhone for one hour and in all that time you could not figure out what the problem was? The guy did not offer any other solution he just put the old screen back on my iPhone and when he gave it back to me he said “thank you, have a nice day” and shut the window in my face. I ended up just wasting time with this guy. In conclusion, I strongly advise people to go to another place. This guy is rude and doesn’t even have a good location, it’s just a kiosk in the middle of a parking lot. And to the guy who operates this place, If you are so overwhelmed with phones to fix then maybe you should hire an employee to help you. That way you won’t be so stressed out.

I was ecstatic to walk up, with no appointment, and have Todai assess and repair my iphone 6s while I waited today. I thought it was a total loss and was already pricing new iphones. 12 hours earlier while at a doctors appt my phone fell into a sink & shorted out. I was horrified! I had never needed to memorize my children's phone numbers, or my friends. All my contacts were just gone in a blink of the eye. Everything gone! At age 70 , I still feel confident driving alone at night, but only because I have a workable cell phone. So, last night I was terrified driving home, knowing my phone had shorted out and not knowing how many days I would be without it. As a senior citizen living alone, I, like most have eliminated the extra cost of having a land line. So, my iphone is my life line. I was praying someone could fix it today while I waited. This young man is a miracle worker , very polite and hard working. For all of us senior citizens who are so dependent on our smart phones for safety, we need someone like him that we can depend on. He instantly assessed my water logged phone, and then mediately began working. He's competent and fast. I had looked on the internet all morning for a repair that had "real" not fake positive yelp ratings. And that is how I found Tadai at cracked my phone in Costa Mesa. Al of the good reviews must have been paid for because I have not recieved such horrible service from anyone ever. I call the guy in advance, his questions are UNSPECIFIC over the phone. He says to call when I'm ready to bring in the phone, gives me a time frame that works for me. Already frustrated with services but in desperate need, I go to the location where he says he is currently occupied, AND WILL LET ME KNOW WHEN HE WILL BE ON HIS WAY. An HOUR GOES BY and there is no response as I'm just SITTING THERE IN THE PARKING LOT JUST WAITING FOR HIM to in the end tell me HE IS NO LONGER GOING TO SHOW. SO unproffessional. Unsafe place to just sit and wait, tweakers and homeless people everywhere, people sleeping in their car, needles and bandages everywhere. If you value the basics of HUMAN DECENCY and you NEED to get your phone fixed, please don't go here, and don't trust a WORD that comes out of this guys mouth. I understand life happens, but HE KNEW HE WASN'T GOING TO MAKE IT ALL WEEK (!!! ALL WEEK HE KNEW HE WAS GOING TO BE OCCUPIED AT THIS TIME OF NIGHT!!!), and LET ME WAIT THERE THINKING HE WAS GOING TO SHOW....
