I use this park because it's only a short walk from my apartment and it's always been neat and tidy. It's relatively small, but there's plenty of room to run around. The water fountain is a useful feature, as others have mentioned. There are probably 4-6 other dogs there at once on an average day, which is fine for a park of this size. No dedicated parking lot, but I've never had trouble finding parking on the street right beside the park fence.
I might take my dog to Armleder Park if I really want to spoil her and/or wear her out, but this one does the trick most...
