At first his company was very friendly but after talking to him on the phone and when “Garrett” called back he took everything personally, like it was attack against him. when he knows I need an insurance to close on my property in a few days. Then he told me if he’s going to do business with me that I had to pay my policy 100% upfront before they will cover me. Nothing that I did or my company did he just knows that I was looking around for different quotes and told me if I had any inkling on canceling any time that he will not ensure my building until I pay the policy in full. I believe that Garrett was upset because his bonus would be taken away if I actually did cancel 6or8 months from now.
