Seminary Park off of South 10th Street in Noblesville is a great place to walk, to sit and relax and even a small children's park for Mom and Dad to take little kids to for some place at recreation. The city renovated this some 18 months to 2 years ago and did an outstanding job. It is also welcoming to pet owners. I often times include this as part of a walk with our puppy.
