We had a lovely dinner last night at 9th St. Bistro. We started with the fried thing of the day (corned beef and cabbage egg rolls with housemade thousand island), pickle plate and burratta with bread. All were good, with the sweet heat pickles and egg rolls being particular standouts. Two of my party had the chicken with lemon and both enjoyed it, my husband had the cheese grits and added blackened shrimp, which had excellent flavor, and I had the duck bourgonone, which was delicious. The surprise of my dish was the whipped sweet potatoes, which had an amazing light, sweet texture. We had an assortment of desserts - carrot cake, peanut butter dipped pie, the macadamia bread pudding, and chocolate cherry gelato. All were good, with the carrot cake and gelato being particular hits. One of the reasons I chose this place was because all the reviews talked about the service, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Everyone was welcoming, and it was clear there is real camaraderie and teamwork happening at 9th St. The environment was warm, relaxed and interesting, with lots of touches that make it clear this restaurant is a personal labor of love and not a corporate investment. I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday at 9th St Bistro and look forward to returning.

One of the most charming spots in Hamilton County for a quality meal—from cocktails to entrées, everything was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. We had such a great dinner. The vibe in the place is amazing—cozy, relaxed, and welcoming. The cocktails were next level. I started with the “Do You Carrot All?” and it was perfectly balanced with juice, spice, and just the right kick. If you love a spicy cocktail, don’t skip it. Our server went above and beyond with wine pairings that truly complemented each course. We started with the burrata appetizer—so good with the arugula and spicy chili topping. The gorgonzola salad (not pictured) was another highlight easily shareable with four people. We shared a few entrées, and the lamb and chicken dish stood out. The linguine didn’t quite hit the same mark, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The linguine was not favored and hate to say this, but probably one of the worst meals if you have never experienced a tahini sauce before. It was very pasty, shrimp was very flavorless We were celebrating a birthday and were surprised with a little treat at the end. Never felt rushed, even on a busy Friday night—just great food, drinks, and company for a solid hour and a half. Can’t wait to go back.

Our favorite local spot for upscale food with a fantastic atmosphere.

The ambiance is SO welcoming. Samir (the chef) and Rachel (the front of house manager) are a husband and wife duo, and they clearly put their whole heart and soul into every aspect of the business.

The eclectic decor is so personal to them and their journeys. The ever changing menu is extremely well thought out— it shows a real passion for food. Cocktail list is so unique— dishes are named after local business owners and Noblesville politicians and Samir & Rachel’s friends.

While there were a few dishes I would have tweaked some things on/could have been executed a little better, there were several dishes that absolutely WOWED us. The housemade burrata was to die for. And the MUSCLES… I could eat those every single day. A couple 4/5 dishes did not detract from the 10/10 dishes we still talk about months later.

The food is a little pricey, but it is because it is scratch cooked with very high quality ingredients. If you’re a foodie with refined taste, this is the place for you.

Also note: they have community dinners several times a year, in which they serve a family style meal at one huge table! We haven’t been, but it sounds so fun to sit amongst 30-40 other food-lovers and get to know other folks in the community. They also have weekly take-home meals (a practice that kept them afloat during COVID, when they opened the restaurant) and let me tell you, the menu for these “Provisions” is always stellar.

We love this spot, and we are SO GLAD this place is in Noblesville so...

This was not just great, it was phenomenal!! Amazing service, romantic atmosphere, extremely personable staff and the food...divine!

We split everything (well except our drinks, though we did try each other's drink) and brought some leftovers home too.

The drinks we ordered didn't disappoint. I had the special hot toddy since it was cold and rainy out, while my husband had an old fashioned. Both were great and required a 2nd round.

To start our dinner, we picked two appetizers. The first was their bread with olives and herb butter. I am not a huge focacia bread fan, but this has me converted. Savory and just delicious. The second item was the chef's board. It had a lovely mixture of meats, cheese and accoutrements.

After appetizers, we split the Butternut Squash Bisque...which is my fall/winter favorite and this was the perfect mixture of savory and sweet. Then we split the stuffed pork roast. So heavenly! The au jus was perfect as was the pork, which was savory and tender.

To finish up our meal, we tried their special dessert of the day, which was a chocolate and cherries cake. Sinfully delicious!

We expect great things for this small Noblesville gem and can't wait to return!

Special shout out to Rachel who is so warm and friendly and made us feel welcome and...
