The most awful experience! The owner Charlie, proved herself to be a nightmare of a customer service provider!!!!
I went with my mum & Sister with the intention of getting our microblading done. And what we thought to be a one on one session for each of us, turned out to be an educational class!
My mother started her session while being scrutinised by 6 people Staring at her, talking, taking photos and non stop giggles. When we asked her to please give us privacy she started yelling saying that these are students who pay pay her $5000!!! Who needs to know such details!
The entire conversation went south as she started lecturing us on every request we made. My mother wanted a shade darker, my sister asked for a specific shape and all this woman would reply is that oh you have my brand on your eyebrows, i need to protect it! When we booked we were never told that we were going to be on display for students to take notes nor did we expect such an open display of disrespect. We left without finishing our eyebrows!
I would certainly not recommend this place and would give the entire experience a big zero over 100!
Charlie, what a shameful way to treat your customers. Shame on you! I bet your business wont last until you figure out how to “speak & treat” your audiences & customers!

Read moreI scheduled an appointment for micro blading with Charlie. I want to be learn all the details before make a decision. This would be my first time so I’m nervous. I arrive at the appointment and wait 15 mins before she can get to me. I have to wait while she have a class going on. She told her class to continue while she talk to me.
Her staffs are not well communicate with each other. I only want consultation not the service done. She went about to draw my eyebrow shape. This where went wrong. She ask all her student to come over and watch while she work on me. At first I don’t mind they watch but that when the students record the video. It’s so unprofessional, she didn’t even bother to ask me if ok to be a model. Whether I want my pictures taken. She didn’t even explain about the procedure and color. I felt rush with the consultation which she occupied by the students. My appointment was book at the same time she have class. She was busy teaching her class and that I don’t have a chance to talk and ask questions.
I didn’t go back for the actual service. I felt if I book appointment to get my eyebrow done, it should be a one on one. She didn’t respect my time, I drive a distance to see her. It was not a good experience for me and I felt more nervous whether to get my eyebrows...
Read moreI’ve taken 3 classes with Charlie & she never fails to amazing me. She is a very strict but super sweet teacher; how is that even possible, right? You can tell that she is all about helping her students succeed, she shares everything she knows and so much more! Not only does she teach you the skills, she also shares her personal experiences (good & bad), & other related techniques (ex: how to record properly, how to get the best picture, how to promote your work, etc). Not only does she teach, she also learns from her students. She learns and catches what our common mistakes are then figures out a way to help us overcome that, she is constantly updating her skills to make things easier for us to understand and do. It’s been exactly a year since I took the microblading class with Charlie, I was back this year to take the Ombré microblading class and omg I learned so much and also a new trick to help me over come my fear of not spacing the cuts properly! Once you take her class you are considered her life long student, by that I mean you are always welcome back to ask for help anytime you need!
