I have been driving from Duluth Georgia all the way to this vape shop because of the owner a very nice gentleman probably from India who when he 1st opened the shop I was one of his 1st customers.. I have spent thousands of dollars in his shop and sent many referrals to him. Today I purchased a disposable vape an elf bar. Right after I left the vape shop the elf bar started sticking and the coil was sizzling after I hit it. I drove from my job 20 minutes away back to the shop to talk to the woman who sold it to me and asked her to either exchange it or provide a refund and she went from being the nicest lady in the world to Kurt and rude and ask me to leave the store and throw me out.. These devices are all made in China some of them are defective she acknowledged that when I told her about this inherent problem with this particular brand. However when it happened to me and I returned she refused to give the refund or exchange and then when I told her look I'm not trying to be rude but if you don't refund my money for a faulty product I'm going to call my credit card company and dispute the charge and have it removed she threw me out! There are a 1000 vape shops to go to in the Atlanta metropolitan area.. Please take your business elsewhere do not shop at this place they do not stand behind their products they sell them cheaply because they buy them wholesale from an Asian distributor. Don't take a chance on spending 30,50 or $100.. wind up being told sorry we sold you a defective product not our problem!. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very disappointed and not only not only not Lee not getting a product that works properly but the demeanor of the morbidly obese very rude woman who waited on me who told me that her name was Natasha.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Also, I have no idea why but she came out and took a photograph of the license plate of my car. Like she Was trying to intimidate me. One of the worst experiences I've ever had in any retail...
