Well... I’m pretty disappointed. I called to schedule an hour long pedicure. When I arrived the salon was busy and everyone appeared friendly. It was very cold in the pedicure area (offering blankets or a hot towel would be a nice touch for the spa). It was loud didn’t have the quiet spa feel I was expecting it to have. After the pedicure service I paid at register and the young lady was very sweet. She handed me a small gift bag with coupons, samples, and a Hershey’s kiss (very cute touch). I paid $90 and tipped $5. When I walked out I noticed bubbles within the big toe gel polish. I walked in asked for it to be fixed. They sat me down and “fixed” the big toe gel polish. She asked if it looked ok. I said yes... because it did. When I got to my hotel I noticed it was bubbling again and it was sticky/slimy. It looks horrible worst $95 I’ve spent on a pedicure. I’m disappointed and now I’m looking for a different salon to fix this before I fly out Friday... not to mention I need a fill and would have gone back there today to get it done if they would’ve done a better job. Just a bummer :(

I took my foreign exchange roommate here and she got a regular manicure. Her nails turned out beautiful; however, mine did not. I don’t know if it’s because I got a French manicure or a different person doing my nails but I’m not very happy with how they turned out. The white tips were not clean and crisp. The person doing my nails also didn’t wait for the polish to dry in between coats. When I made a comment about how it dries quick in between coats (I was generally curious and meant it in a surprised way) she said how it isn’t dry even though you’re supposed to dry them and then went on to say “I know what I’m doing.” I full heartedly trusted her with my nails beforehand but this rubbed me the wrong way. I tried to hide my disappointment when I saw how messy and uneven my nails were. Overall, if you go here try to get a solid color done because my roommates nails turned out gorgeous.

Great service and never dissatisfied with the outcome. I look forward to seeing my hair stylist Lolita for my color service and blow out. She shares her tea and chocolates with me and we chat about the happenings in our lives since last we were together. She tries new shampoos and styling agents to expand my experience of differing companies… Occasionally with lotions too offering hand/forearm massages. She is well skilled in hair attending conferences for latest techniques. I’m a loyal customer over 10 years. So worth it. Come by for a consultation and meet this lovely lady and you and your hair won’t regret it.

The nail tech was rude from the start. Once I told her I had gel on my nails and she started filing the gel off my nails she was aggressive. When she was cleaning my cuticles she was aggressive as well. She did my regular nail polish and walked me the dryer and she left. Never mentioned how long I should be there. After 5-10 mins I checked my nails and there were bubbles. I don't usually do manicures so I asked the lady next to me if that was normal and she said no. She asked if my nail tech used a quick dry drop on my nails and I said no. The other customer called another nail tech and the nail tech looked at my nails and called the tech that assisted me. The technician came and brought me back to her chair. I asked if she knew what would cause bubbles in my nail polish and she said no. That's fine because I didn't expect her to have a definitive answer. She removed the nail polish and I told her to just do a top coat/clear coat. She put nail protein coat I believe which is fine. She then continued to badger me about the gel from earlier and how when they booked the appointment it wasn't booked with enough time to include the gel removal. I told her that when I made the appointment the receptionist did mention gel removal when I told them I had gel on my nails. She then said well they're not gonna charge for that it's just a classic manicure that they're gonna charge for. Let me tell you something, I go to Changes City Spa often for my hair cuts and color. Money is NOT an issue and the fact that the nail tech mentioned that they were not charging for gel removal feels backhanded. She was condescending when she said that as if I should be thankful that they aren't charging, just because she has to re do my nails. Almost as if they are doing me a favor. Terrible service from that technician. I will never request any other services other than a service from a hair stylist. It's the fact that the technician was rude, disrespectful, and did a terrible job with my nails, and was aggressive. Distasteful experience and it's upsetting. I really wanted to say more to the technician but I like city spa so I bit my tongue. If management sees this I hope they reach out to me so I can address this issue once more. Very...

It's been a month or so since I went there to get my hair cut I told the hair stylist I wanted layers I wanted to add volume I want to keep the length I just wanna add volume to my hair because it's long and weighted Down The amount of hair she chopped off is unreal My hair used to fall right on top of my buttock It's shorter now , it falls to the top of my waist Not even my hips I tried to convince myself it was okay But it's not what I asked for My hair is thin I never asked her to thin my hair out I asked for volume to lessen the weight at the bottom of my hair She thinned My hair out I don't even have enough hair to make a decent pony tail If they can't do what is requested then they should just say that I gave her a tip because she is a hairstylist and they are supposed to get tips and that's fine But she messed my hair up big time I'm honestly disappointed I don't think i will ever to back no matter how convenient it is They messed my hair up that I took almost a year growing They can't fix it because my hair will just have to grow Bur I'm upset because my hair is so thin 😭 I wish I could give 0 stars SMH Never again Will not recommend them to anyone Disappointed and hurt because my hair...
