Pagoda & Oriental Garden – A Tranquil Escape

Pagoda & Oriental Garden is a hidden gem that offers a peaceful and visually stunning experience. From the moment you enter, you’re greeted by beautifully landscaped gardens, traditional pagoda architecture, and serene water features that create a calming atmosphere.

The vibrant flowers, well-maintained pathways, and intricate design details make this a perfect spot for a leisurely stroll, photography, or simply unwinding in nature. The koi ponds and stone bridges add to the authentic feel, making you feel like you've stepped into another world.

Whether you're a nature lover, a history enthusiast, or just looking for a quiet place to relax, Pagoda & Oriental Garden is well worth the visit. The attention to detail in the design and upkeep of the garden truly makes it stand out. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil...

The Pagoda sits on the edge of the Elizabeth River, not to far from Town Point Park. Very small Japanese garden with exotic plants and a couple fountains. The park is opened from sunrise till sunset. The Pagoda was closed when I visited. I assume it's a small restaurant open to the public. If you bring your own food, there's tables outside to sit and enjoy. The pond was covered in nets and flags and there was no sign of Koi in the pond, so I'm guessing there's a predator. You can see everything here in five minutes. There are benches around for relaxing. You can also stroll along the edge of the Elizabeth River. This park is squeezed between residential areas. There's parking on one side of the park and residential street...

What a gem of a place. Very easy walk-through of beauty. If you live in the surrounding area and / or you're traveling through, you must stop by to see this beautiful garden. I wish I lived closer it's just amazing. It's so peaceful. They have beautiful Koi fish and a food machine you can pay a quarter to feed them. It's free to enter and there is parking nearby. They have a restaurant, but it seems to be only open Friday night from 6:30-11:30 from what I saw posted...

@lovechildcafe 📍 265 Tazewell St Norfolk, VA 23510 Sunday 10:00am - 2:00pm The Love Child served good coffee & great food. This brunch was perfect being it was at the Pagoda. There is indoor and of course nice seating outside. The inside can get a bit busy and the line for coffee is very long since they only have one person making drinks at a time. They did have their menu on display but its also available on their Instagram. Despite that it got busy, the food and drinks were worth it. I loved that they had multiple beverage options both alcoholic and non alcoholic. I had the infused maple table pancakes with the fried chicken sandwich with egg and sausage and they were delicious. The iced vanilla bean oat milk latte was good too. This brunch spot is a must try!
