Norfolk Festevents — Local services in Norfolk

I could have had fun if I didn't plan on making dining a part of the visit. The vendors are scammie at best and predatory at worst with overpriced carnival type food and minimal access to things like regular bottled water. I had a crab cake sandwich that cost $18 dollars and it was literally the most disgusting sandwich I've ever had, crab cake or otherwise. I've included a picture of the stand so you can avoid them next year. One bite and in the trash it goes. The concert was great. The atmosphere was great. My biggest disappointment was how traffic was directed. I parked away from the event, then Ubered , but because of the street closures my family and friends still had to walk a long way. When trying to get an Uber back to my car, I asked 3 different police officers where would be the best location to get an Uber from and received 3 different answers all of them requiring us to walk further and further.
