Pokemon Go AMC Robinson Crossing 6 Review 09 October 2022 Why I Hate The AMC Robinson Crossing 6 I recently went to AMC Robinson Crossing 6 with my friend. We had a terrible experience there and will never go back. The theater was dirty, the staff rude, and I felt uncivilized. I had a bad experience at AMC Robinson Crossing 6 and will never return. The theater was dirty, which made me feel uncivilized. I saw food under the seats and on the floor of the theater. There was also a lot of human hair in the bathrooms. This is not what I expect from a theater. It made me feel like they didn't care about the cleanliness of the place or their customers' health. They did not make me feel welcome as a customer, and I will never return. The staff's rudeness ruined my experience at AMC Robinson Crossing 6. One employee picked up an empty soda can and threw it at me when I asked where the bathroom was. They did not deserve to have us as customers. I will never go back. I had a terrible experience at AMC Robinson Crossing 6 because I attended a screening of Bird Box there. This was a horror movie that made me feel scared and uncivilized. The screens were dirty, the seats were uncomfortable, and the staff was rude. This led to my bad experience and inability to enjoy movies in theaters after that. My experience at this theater has negatively affected how I view theaters and has made me avoid them entirely. AMC Robinson Crossing 6 led me to have the worst night of my life because of how badly I was treated there. The cinema made me feel uncivilized when I visited it because it was so dirty and unkempt-looking. The staff also treated me poorly, making me very upset and unhappy when I saw it with my friend. Because of these negative experiences, I never want to revisit a theater because they make me very unhappy when I go to them. Overall, my experience at AMC Robinson Crossing 6 was terrible because of how dirty it was, how rude the employees were, and how it made me feel uncivilized when I visited it with my friend. Because of these reasons, I will never see this theater again because it made me have a very negative experience there with my friend, spoiled many future movie night plans for us, and ruined...
Read moreThe theater is truly magnificent with very, very comfortable "heated" reclining chairs. The bathrooms were also a delightful surprise being extremely clean. The movie we saw was flawless with both the screen and sound system being right on!
Customer service could hv been better by far as the ticket seller, while very young, bordered on straight-up disrespectful.
I had to use the restroom half way thru our movie and the only people in the lobby area near the restrooms were young staff members (high school students, possibly some college aged staff) who I truly did not appreciate cusing and playing among themselves without slowing one bit for a patron or even recognizing somebody was walking by.
I'm a grandma folks, and while I'm not pretentious in any form of the word, I do expect civility when I'm enjoying a public venue. It would have been nice if these young people had just "stopped" for the few minutes it took me to navigate the lobby.
I didn't appreciate the "F" word bantered around in their playing with each other. My grandson was with me and while we have both heard similar language in today's public places . . . it is never right.
With this said, since this was our first venture to this newly re-opened location we will definately return for a second time to see if this was simply a fluke or the norm.
The building and delivery of their product (the movie) were very enjoyable. Everything, place and staff should be observed a 2nd time out of...
Read moreRemember when this place was the dollar theater? My shoes used to stick to the floor from all the spilled beverages, candy, and food. The different theaters within were tiny , smelled funny, and all the seats were old and matted like an old stuffed toy that had been washed a million times or that Eddie Bauer half zip top which specifically showed (on its tag) that it was NOT to be washed with fabric softener! Shame on you for disregarding those instructions.
Okay, we ignored good advice and eww...yes, I remember that place. That's why I stopped going to movies in Norman and began going to the Warren.
Well, for those of us who didn't know... this theater has changed.
No, really.
Is it the 'Warren' level of awesomeness or like the 'Bistro' in Texas with people bringing your food and drink order to you while you're watching the film? Okay, no. It's not that cool, but it didn't have an odor. There is a full bar just inside the door, and there are heated seats that recline. You can also get things like pretzel bites with cheese sauce, oreo popcorn, regular popcorn, candies, and other snack items.
Is that enough to bring you back for another go? Maybe, right? Apparently, there's also $5 movie days (if you are a t-mobile subscriber). At least, I believe it's t-mobile. My friend informed me of that deal and bought the 'cheapo' tickets. 😁
If it's been a while since you last visited, give this theater another try. I believe you will be...
