don't wast your time, all they have is over priced poor quality stuff. most pieces have been half-ass refinished with poor workmanship. by the way the shabby chick fad ended awhile back and poorly done shabby chick was never in. adding paint to a piece may help it sell, but at a lower price than a piece that has been properly restored. also they have over posted on craigslist. if you try to search for furniture in Norman it looks like there personal site with over 200 pieces listed. i went in once to look at some bar stools they said were vintage and wanted $120 each for them. i found them online for $30 w/ free shipping and bought 4. most pieces are in poor condition; incomplete, broken, or damaged, and priced higher than as if they were in excellent condition. they need someone to help them price thing, that has a grasp on true market value, than maybe they could sell some of there junk. if they ran a 75% off sale half there stuff would still be over priced. so don't get rapped and look around before buying here.this place is also goes by the name Robinson's Repurposed i'm pretty sure they changed the name because the customer couldn't find any bargains and quite coming in. its still the same junk. the prices show a utter lack of respect for the customer. a piece you would find for $50 elsewhere, will run you $399 here. perfect example, right now they have 2 Costco step stools in poor to fair condition listed at $50. this weekend i bought one for $5, that was in better condition, and past on the other four i saw for $10-$20. this is a common item you will find almost everywhere and should sell used for $5-$15 depending on condition. i don't care how high other have listed them for online they aren't selling ether so that's not a good way to price things.if you price things to sale, that's what they will do. but when you try to rip off you customers you won't sell much and will lose business...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I were looking for antique dressers or an armoire. This was Black Friday. We had driven by and it didnât look like they were open, so I called. The phone rang, and rang, and rang.... and rang. So I turned around and decided to just try it anyway. The store was in fact, open. So we parked and went in. When we got in, the person behind the counter, not sure if sheâs the owner or just a worker, was on her CELL PHONE! So, the reason she didnât answer when I called was because she was talking on her cell phone. It must have been really important because not only were not greeted when we walked in but we were never spoken to one single time the entire time we were there. We walked through the entire store and spent about 30 minutes in there while the owner/worker was talking on her phone the whole time. We were the only people in the store. She never even looked our way. I was very unimpressed and do not recommend. Very rude and unprofessional when you are trying to run a business. Will...
Read moreI just moved to Norman and furnished my entire two bedroom apartment with Robinsonâs, and I could not be happier with the experience. Bella was absolutely incredible to work with, patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me find the best deals possible. She made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless.
The delivery team, Jordan and Matt, were a class act, right on time, friendly, and careful with every single piece. They moved everything in without so much as a scuff. The quality of the furniture is outstanding, and I got it all for a fraction of what I would have paid anywhere else.
Thank you to the entire Robinsonâs team. Canât recommend...
