A Velvet Rose Floral Boutique — Attraction in North Arlington

First of all, when I ordered the flowers a week in advance no one acknowledged me and I just stood there. I was about to walk out when she finally got off the phone on a personal call. That was the first warning. Then I Specifically said no white flowers. This was supposed to be a little bouquet for a girl to hold for a communion not an arrangement. Then she calls me the night before I am supposed to pick them up and asks what flowers I want because the order paper was wet. Again I specifically said….no white flowers…..just pink and purple. Well there’s a ton of white flowers in the arrangement. And she asked if I wanted white several times and I said NO several times! Come on! Anyways, don’t waste your time, money, not get what you asked for. So...

Horrible experience with the owner from start to finish. My boyfriend went in to get me birthday flowers. She sold my boyfriend "exotic" flowers for $100 and $10 for the vase. She sent him out of the store without the flowers even arranged in the vase. Some of them were just stalks, weed like. I brought them back to her and she begrudgingly put them in the vase for me and handed them back to me. I told her they still looked awful and to put some filler flowers, baby breath, etc. She proceeded to yell at me and tell me never to come back. The next morning the flowers were dying one at a time. I had to pull the only living flowers from the back of the arrangement and put them in the front. I attached pictures. Terrible terrible service...

Friendly and helpful people. My only complaint is that the floral rosary I received was nothing like the one we chose from the book. We paid a price expecting full roses and instead received baby roses. But, who is going to make a scene in the middle of a viewing?
