Poor customer service.
My doctors office accidentally sent it to this CVS Pharmacy after I asked for my prescription to be sent to a different one as the CVS is in the opposite direction. I called this CVS to ask for them to cancel all of the prescriptions so that my pharmacy could fill them. The person on the phone gave me a hard time and said they'll hold them for me as refills. Seeing as it was antibiotics and other items for an acute issue, it isnt something I would need refilled.
After asking a second time that the order be canceled so my pharmacy could fill them she says, "okay," but ends up deleting 1 out of 4 of them.
Low and behold I show up to my pharmacy with only 1 item filled and now confused. I explained to my pharmacist the situation and what should have been prescribed, so he trys calling them to figure out what has happened and they give him a hard time as well.
I've never had an issue with this pharmacy before but today was appalling. All I wanted was to feel better. Thankfully my pharmacist...
