Bath & Body Works — Attraction in North Brunswick Township

I've been shopping at this location for about 2 years and I probably won't be back here, One of the employees here, Karen, is rude. I've visited this location 4times within a month, and with every visit, Karen has never greeted me not once and just stared, made me feel uncomfortable, but the problem is with my most recent visit couple days ago. I was at the register and Karen told me i couldn't use my coupon, and she refused to help, She had an attitude like always, and she kept telling me that my coupon didn't work. until her manager came over and told her that the coupon was acceptable, and guess what? My coupon did go through in the system. Karen told me, It wouldn't work 3times with an attitude, Maybe Karen needs to learn how to use the register instead of saying "coupon isn't working." with an attitude. At the end of the checkout, instead of saying "have a nice day" or "thanks for shopping with us," Karen said to me "Bring coupons on your email next time!" and stated "Just like all the other customers." Even after I took my time to explain to her, I took a screen shot of the coupon in my email due to poor connection outside of home, I even showed her my phone screen so she could she I couldn't open up my emails. My friends and I will no longer visit this location, and to anyone reading this review, Bath and Bodyworks in Woodbridge and Menlo are WAY more professional and has bigger selections than at...

Bath & Body Works is hands down my favorite place to shop in the USA! I absolutely love their products, including body lotion, perfumes, hand lotion, hand soap, and even their scented night lights. Everything is of great quality, and the scents are simply amazing.
