CVS Pharmacy — Attraction in North Brunswick Township

This CVS store is not enforcing the NJ governor murphy mask mandate, executive order no. 63 which "requires individuals to wear a face coverings in indoor spaces that are accessible to members of the public". I have noted this on numerous occasions and so have my neighbors. We're pretty disgusted by the fact that we would go into a drugstore of all places, that is not following New Jersey governor executive orders or CDC guidelines, and possibly endanger our health. If I continually see this at this location, I'm going to move all my prescriptions over to Walgreens. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Pharmacist Gavin for going above and beyond during a recent visit. He caught a critical dosing error made by my doctor and made sure I received the correct and safe prescription. His attention to detail and commitment to patient safety truly made a difference. CVS seems to survive merely by its ubiquity.

Prices are high (*), selections are limited. This location is frequently messy and a bit of a wreck. Service is indifferent, at best.

In the Grand Scheme of things, Walgreens beats Rite Aid beats CVS. However (and unfortunately), my insurance plan forces me to visit CVS.

There is a 24 hour CVS in Edison, and another more friendly CVS in North Brunswick. This particular location is the bottom of the heap in the area.
