Poor customer service on the phone and in store at the "Customer" service desk. I work in retail and know that the single most important part of my job is making sure the customer is happy and wants to come back. I gotta tell ya I have no interest in ever doing business with home depot again. Extremely rude people made me feel uneasy. I asked a question on the phone that I didn't know about truck rental trying to find out more details and instead my question was laughed at. Then physically went inside to rent the truck and got told it wasn't there when it was clearly sitting in the parking lot. They said they have to use it to move something and it's their only truck. Now maybe im crazy but if it's the only truck the store has it should be allowed for customer use only. I'm sure people that working at home depot have trucks somebody's got too. Very dissatisfied!!! Marshall's came in handy when I needed a change of clothes for a surprise event. Shaw's prices are a little high in some areas, but, it is clean and welcoming atmosphere. I don't shop at this mall because it is out of the way. Has stores I would shop at. Update: May 2024; I have visited Off the Walls Kidz and Home Depot. I went here on a Saturday morning and was quite surprised that it was not as busy as the Home Depots near Boston or of the other towns in Massachusetts. With that though, there was not as many staff as you would find in a busy Home Depot. Everything was very clean, neat and after reading the signs posted and sometimes asking for assistance, easy to find. I was not impressed with the selection of outdoor flowers and plants, I do believe they were overpriced for what you were getting. But they are probably the biggest seller of plants...
