Marshalls — Local services in North Hampton

There is an older blond haired cashier that gives myself and other customers a very hard time when we return something with a receipt and Marshalls tags attached. On numerous occasions as well as with other clusters she declines returns with receipts and Marshalls tags attached, un worn and in sellable condition. Her reasoning is that Marshalls Hampton only takes returns within 30 days. She told me to go to another Marshals to do my return in front of other customers. The other customers heard her and as I was leaving another customer told me she has had problems returning things with Marshalls tags attached and reviews from this same cashier. We have spoken to the a manager who always approves our returns but we should not have to go through the nastiness of this one cashier. In all the stores I have been in I have never dealt with such a rude disrespectful cashier. It’s upsetting and as I have said other customers have said the same thing. Together myself and another customer approached a manager regarding this cashier’s behavior. She was nice I just don’t think this cashier...

AsI just walked out of this Marshalls - I looked down at my feet - my shoes, socks, & sport top are from here. My purse is from here. I bought them all with my retirement income. Today I was looking for a gift for someone else. I take my time. I am retired. I've shopped Marshalls/TJ Maxx since before my 46+ aged children were born. NOT ANYMORE. No matter what - this location along with Marshalls Newburyport & TJM Seabrook have to be the dirtiest, sloppiest, & most disorganized of all the stores in NE. Today I met 2 of the last disrespectful employees of these stores I will ever tolerate. You have created an atmosphere of ugliness in your untrained and clearly unqualified employees. I love this store. I have found all the locations in my area and try to visit all of them when I get a chance. Each one is a little different. They have a pulbic restroom and handicapped access to this particular location is great.
