We stopped here on impulse while driving through Wickford, and are so glad we did! The grounds and views are lovely, but the house itself is truly a gem of Rhode Island history. Our docents, Lynn & Amy, were so friendly and knowledgeable - not only did I feel like I learned alot during my visit, but I also felt like a made a couple of new friends! It was the most busiest time and we said screw it. The advertisement had nothing to do with what actually happened. They made us pay $20 for NOTHING!
