i had an issue here on friday. 4/18/25 before stopping to shop here i first bought some shoes at WSS. when i went inside of rainbow i was asked to leave the shoes up at the front counter, then i continued my shopping when i finished shopping i asked them to give me my bag of shoes and they handed me the wrong pair, i told the girls at the front that those weren’t my shoes and they proceeded to ignore me, then they proceed to call there manager which was not on sight and said there was nothing they can do untill the next day of 4/19/25. when manager was in to see the cameras. then the girls at the front were being very rude and disrespectful, ignoring me and arguing with me trying to make it seem like it was my fault, and did not want to take any responsibility for my missing shoes, when clearly one of the girls saw me putting the shoes on the counter and nodded yes, then the following day, i went in to talk to the manager. and they were telling the manager what happen and was going to proceed to watch the cameras and give us a call later that day to see what happens next. she did call me within the 2 hours and stated she had sent the videos to corporate and wait to see what they will say, untill now there is no response yet. i am very upset that this had to happened to me and i don’t recommend anyone to shop at this location unless you want your things to get stolen due to there lack of responsibility. Read moreThis Rainbow needs training in customer service. The lady that I assumed to be the manager make it uncomfortably clear that she was ignoring me. When I walked in I was not greeted. As I was shopping I heard her greet other customers which I couldn’t help but realize were Hispanic. No biggie, I’m not there to chat, just shop. But then the manager kept walking past me, walking around me, and never acknowledged my presence. That’s fine with me, but keep your distance if you don’t want to interact. As I walked to the register, she and the cashier kept talking to each other while I stood there with my purchases patiently waiting. After about 3-5 min I was finally asked if I was ready. Again, manager stood behind the counter looking around me and past me, but never acknowledges my presence. As I was leaving I saw another AA woman walk in to shop and she wasn’t greeted either.
