I'm huge fan of Prime Style, they help big time when shopping for my girlfriend's, now fiancée, engagement ring an wedding band. I researched several other websites and local jewelry stores but they were all disappointing. All these sites and stores had really nice rings that were just too overpriced and the more moderately priced were just unattractive. So I gave Prime Style a call, in fact a few calls since the lines were busy for a while, but then when I finally got ahold of them, man they were GREAT. Terrific customer service, they help me select (I requested and make special modifications to the rings I wanted) the ring I wanted and they made me a special wedding band for it without any problems. Shipping was perfect and they kept inform all they way from the creation of the rings until the shipment of it. My girlfriend was stun when I proposed with such beautiful ring. I ordered from here many times and my experience was wonderful I've bought my wife gifts from primestyle before and also her engagement ring. It was a pretty big deal to me because I was getting married to the love of my life and primestyle assisted me in making this the best surprise ever. When she saw the ring she was so happy and it was a nice size and for me a wonderful price! I got to make someone else day without breaking the bank. The customer service is awesome they have great representatives that are happy and willing to resolve all of your issues. The replies are quick and fast. I had a great experience with PrimeStyle. I'm very indecisive when it comes to big purchases. So, when it came time to buy I was hesitant. I searched and searched and found a few things I liked. Called customer support and spoke to them for about 20 min regarding the products. They went up and down detailing the items I was interested in. Answered my questions a couple times and then said, " If your not comfortable buying, take a few days to think and call us back" I knew at that point they weren't in it just to make money, they cared about what they were selling... I called them back about a week later and bought this beautiful ring for my anniversary!! It was exactly as they said it would...
