Just went into this establishment for a massage and truly disappointed. My lower back has been hurting so bad lately so I was really looking forward to getting a massage and it was terrible. I can tell the woman who did my “massage” wasn’t a massage therapist. She didn’t do proper drapping, and so my bare skin was exposed. I was so cold the whole time. She did compression the whole time and rubbed cold lotion on me. She didn’t perform any other techniques on, but lay hot stones on top of the little towel on my back and rubbed hot stones on my legs. Then she left out the room for about 4 minutes during the massage to cash another customer out, then came back in my room to finish the massage. I’m Not even sure if she washed her hands or what, but there was so many other issues, too much to type. I literally just wanted to get up from the table, pay and leave. When I went to pay cash, she gave me the difference owed and told me to give her a tip. I usually tip for all my services, but today I didn’t because it was terrible and I told her, I didn’t enjoy whatever the heck you just did so I am not giving you a tip. She said, okay then, bye and waved her hand in my face to leave. I just walked out and didn’t say another word. Any business owner who would treat a paying customer like that and don’t address my concerns is only there for the money and don’t care about providing...
Read moreTokyo Massage is simply the best. I only go to Mary. For me, she is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had in my life. And I’ve had a lot of massages—in every country I’ve been to: Thailand, Vietnam, Turkey, Europe, Russia. So I have a lot of experience as a massage client. In all those countries, I usually received good massages. But the best one—only from Mary at Tokyo Massage.
I’ve been their client for about four years. They are always welcoming. Everything is very clean. The temperature in the room is perfect—not too cold, no aggressive air conditioners blowing on your body while you’re lying there undressed. You can always ask for stronger or lighter pressure. Their hands seem to “listen” to your tired muscles and help them relax and recharge.
The prices are more than reasonable. You always know you’ll get the best massage from a specialist who isn’t just waiting for the time to pass, but actually wants to give you rest and relaxation.
A few times when Mary was unavailable, I went to Lily—and she also gave an excellent massage.
Overall, I highly recommend this place to all massage lovers. They’ve saved me many times...
Read moreMassages are very good however, the ladies feel very entitled to a tip. They will tell you 20% is mandatory. When gratuity is gratuity, I had a massage near the front. The door stayed open the entire time she would walk out of the room and fail to cover my body, leaving me exposed the noise that I heard was very annoying between them talking back-and-forth and commercials in the music that they were playing wasn’t the most relaxing environment what really just blew me was the fact that she demanded a 20% tip and I told her no and she tossed my card so again the massage was pretty good however the service itself was...
