Go somewhere else to get a haircut. I called to asked if they cut hair for men, they told me “Yes”, I wish they had told me “No”. Went on lunch time, Tuesday April 6th. The person who cut my hair did such a terrible job, people at a coffee shop I frequent joked about my haircut and asked me where it was so they will never go.

This woman who cut my hair seemed to have NO experience NOR training in cutting hair, for example: Did not follow basic request of leaving hair longer on top, cut with scissors on top; instead she cut way to short and used too much machine and less of scissors. Her attempts to do blends where terrible, my left side and right side looked different, with skin showing in higher side of the head. She left chipped holes on the upper back side of my head from using machine; should have used scissors as requested. She didn’t do my side burns and did not offer a mirror so I can see how my lower back came out at the end, it looked different my left and right side. This lady at NO point, asked me how I wanted certain finishes to be, rounded, square, side burns or not. I have been going to Sunflower for almost a year now and Joanna and Cynthia are both amazing. I need you to know that I am very (very) particular and they have been nothing but patient and understanding with me.

They have helped me grow my hair back from someone who damaged it profusely at a different salon. I am grateful to them both. This is one of the best hair salons I have ever been to. I go to some hair salons and they never do my hair the way I want it to be, however this salon does everything i want. Everyone is very professional and experienced and not one of them does a bad job. They leave your hair looking like a model. They are super nice and they listen to what you want. This is the only salon I will ever go to and I have been to so many salons I can’t even count. This was the perfect one. I highly recommend you go to this salon for anything.
