I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ANYONE HAVING ISSUES WITH THEIR SYSTEMS!!! IF YOU NEED A DETAILED REVIEW LOOK NO FURTHER. I don't even know where to begin with this shop. TDLR they're efficient, knowledgeable, cheap, friendly, and honest. But there's so much more to this shop than that.

They're locally owned and thus are very passionate; you can really tell they love what they do. They also have a collection they show off in the front, so there's endless stuff to look at and talk about. They aren't like certain chain stores that will promise you everything, quote 4x the actual cost, take months for repair, and end up breaking your system because they have no idea what they're doing.

I came into this shop with a broken FPC connector, as well as some joycon drift issues on my Nintendo Switch Lite. It required tools and machinery I didn't have, and it was imperative that I didn't lose my ACNH save data (since it's not yet transferable). They not only gave me a wonderfully low estimate for how much it would cost and how long it would take, they were also completely honest about what they thought they could and could not do. They called me a number of times to let me know when they started my repair, what issues they were having, and just generally made me feel comfortable knowing my game system was in good hands.

A lot of places told me that the repair would be about $400 and take a few months, but they got it done in less than a month (only 2 weeks after they started the repair) and quoted me for less than $100. They even had a controller I could buy to bypass the joycon drift and offered to buy my spare switch lite parts. This meant that the repair was essentially free after selling the additional parts, and I was able to buy the controller for cheap. I couldn't be happier with the results and can continue playing my game without issue. I love you guys so much! I'll certainly be bringing my business here...

I'll never go anywhere else for my console needs. Shawn and Ren are absolutely fantastic - friendly, welcoming, and absolute experts. They replaced the motherboard in my Nintendo Switch back in July and were helpful, friendly, and had it fixed incredibly quickly. I was so nervous about it, as I had been getting the "Orange Screen of Death." I thought my Switch was done for. They returned it in perfect working order and made the process so easy and stress-free. They were endlessly patient with me, too, as it took several calls and a trip to enable backup on my Animal Crossing file before anything could be fixed. The price was very fair for such a major repair and the turnaround time was great. This week, I had an unrelated speaker error (my Switch is 5 years old, these things happen). They fixed it in no time. They are beyond knowledgeable and foster a friendly, comfortable environment (not to mention, the inside of their shop is like a museum!) I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. If you have a problem with a console, don't hesitate. Go to Video Game Repair in NMB. Shawn and Ren will get you fixed up in no time. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about them....

My grandson's Switch wasn't docking with the TV, so we just bought another cheap docking station, and then it stopped charging altogether when we went to vacation. So we were going to send it to Nintendo, and waited for the shipping label to arrive.

It was taking a while to arrive, so I started looking for someplace to physically take the Switch. I found this place online, and they had very good reviews ( for good reason ), so I took it there. I told one of the brothers what the problem was, and he knew exactly what was wrong. He even told me that we were using a non-Nintendo charger. These guys are good!!!

These guys truly know their business, and we are really lucky to have such knowledgeable and professional game repair folks in our area. It was a lot quicker than sending it in, and waiting for it to be repaired and sent back. Also, they give excellent advice and try to teach you what not to do, so that you don't need costly repairs. I highly recommend...
