This Walgreens is located at the 123 Biscayne Boulevard plaza. This is a great place for quick shopping. Attached to this Walgreens is a liquor store. Good customer service. Photo department needs some improvement. Public restrooms, available. Must ask for code to get in. Disability parking in front of store. Disability ramp available. Pharmacies located in the back of the store. This Walgreens does not, have a drive-thru pharmacy window. Large toy section. Very large cosmetics, Center as well. Open 24/7 365 days a year. This is one of the better, Walgreens you can visit in the city of North Miami. Chairs available, to sit at Pharmacy Department, while you wait for your medication and medical needs. Large vitamin section. They sell athletic bandage. Disability supplies are also available. Handicap as well. If you're going north bound, you will see the Walgreens on the right side of you facing, the Eastside of Biscayne Boulevard. If you're coming north on Biscayne Boulevard you will pass Burger King. When you see, Burger King make a right. Drive slowly through parking lot. Lots of traffic in and out of parking. Lots of pedestrians. If visiting, Pharmacy please make sure you have proper ID. And prescriptions available. And any other medical information. Pharmacist are well-equipped, to assist you in your prescription and drug reactions. Remember they're trained to do this. So take advantage, of their knowledge. Never share, your medications with anyone else. And never accept, medications from others. Walgreens will advise you of this. When pulling out of parking lot please look both ways heavy traffic on Biscayne Boulevard. Eastbound and northbound. 123rd Street as well fast, moving traffic. Make sure to lock vehicles. And to not leave any visible valuables in sight. If you need any assistance, Walgreen management will help you, as soon as possible. As for discounts, and reduced products. They also have a very large, grocery section. The karyotype of peanuts, and tree nuts. Major brands are available. As well as Walgreen brands. They accept credit cards debit cards. And cash. You can also ask to join, the Walgreens discount card. Savings are very important. If you're heading to the beach. I go to this walgreen all the time especially after midnight. I’m giving it a 3 star since it is convenient, the fact that it’s open 24 hrs is such a plus, And it’s always nicely kept. But I just wanted to talk about the customer service I received today. Normally I never had an issue with the staff there but today was very upsetting. I wanted to buy mouth wash and wipes but I also needed to do a cash back. Ok so I went to the register and the person I am complaining about looked like a middle aged Spanish women with really curly black hair. First off no greeting and had her back turned to me but hey that’s ok she was busy cleaning I get it. She turned around and I said hi but she just gave me a nasty look, ummm ok maybe having a bad day. I told her, I have a question, which is why I didn’t want to ring up my stuff yet since I wanted to ask her about the cash back if I can withdraw more than $20 and if there was a limit if I can possibly do 2 transactions. But instead of saying hi to me instead of letting me finish my sentence with a demanding attitude she said “No first transaction and phone number then question!!!” Ummmmm what did I do? Ok so I let her swipe my stuff and I asked her how much I can withdraw and she rolled her eyes and said “only $20” and I’m pretty sure I took out more than that at a Walgreens before so I wanted to ask her if I can do 2 transactions then but again she didn’t let me finish my sentence and she said “ Abd no we don’t do 2 transactions. 1 I look way younger and sound way younger than my age but I am 28 and not a child you can talk down to 2 I can understand if I was rude and nasty to her because customers are never 100% right, but no my only error in this was interupting her cleaning say hi to her. 3 everyone has bad days but don’t take it out on the customers. I ended up just leaving my stuff on the counter without buying it told her bye and walked out. I was EXTREMELY MISTREATED by the pharmacy staff at this Walgreens! Today I went to take my Booster and after asking a simple question to the pharmacist Nelly R., to understand something that was on my form, she treated me ironically pretending she didn't understand my Spanish! She was extremely rude, sarcastic and looked at me like I was the dumbest person in the world! He had the courage to tell me that it didn't matter which dose of the vaccine I was going to take because they were all the same, including the Booster! After that another girl, who works there, practically kicked us out of the pharmacy saying they wouldn't give me the Booster! I went to talk to the manager who also treated me very badly and insinuated to my husband that we had "treated the pharmacist badly" since he wasn't even on site at the time it all happened! Unfortunately I haven't read the reviews of this Walgreens before, because now I really saw that the employees of this store are totally unprepared to deal with customers! I left the store crying with rage and nobody did ANYTHING! The only thing I was told was to schedule my Booster somewhere else! DON'T TAKE YOUR VACCINES IN THIS WALGREENS! Thank God everything went wrong because until now I don't know what they were going to put in my vaccine! I do not recommend and do not trust any employee of this pharmacy!
