I had such a great experience at the Häagen-Dazs shop! The ice cream is always amazing, but what truly made my visit stand out was the exceptional service provided by Gabi. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and made the whole experience feel extra special. Gabi went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect flavor for Birthday cake for my son and made sure everything was just right. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be coming back—not just for the ice cream, but for the top-notch service. Thank you, Gabi!

By far the nicest Häagen-Dazs I have ever seen! I higly recommend this place. The staff is extremely friendly and of course the ice cream is always the best! Have to try that expresso, wow, what a great idea to give it that Miami flavor! Thank you for coming to North Miami!! All of our friends in surrounding neighborhoods like Keystone Point, Bay Harbor, Surfside, San Souci and Miami Shores will make this their go to place for sure. The service was absolutely top-notch—the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making our visit special. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for families, friends, or even a solo treat. The interior had a charming design that made us feel welcome, with cozy seating and a fun, colorful decor that my kids adored. It truly felt like the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious dessert. Speaking of the desserts, the ice cream was simply divine. I have seen from day one the effort and dedication of its owners (I work in a restaurant in the same plaza) and well deserved success !. Yesterday I made my first purchase and the attention of Gabi, Nico and Adrian was exceptional .... She was very professional and caring and they, 2 teenagers wanting to give the best of themselves and hungry to learn. Each one gave me to taste their favorite ice creams, aaaaallllll of them delicious…… The place was very clean, beautiful and eye-catching... thanks for the attention and kindness .... I am sure that this is the beginning of a growth that will be in leaps and bounds !!!!!

Congratulations, and it will definitely be my favorite place to lower my cortisol levels...
